Review 5：The rooms are small and outdated. There is no heating in the room, so a separate battery is provided. It keeps pipping when ever it reaches max or min level. It was a nightmare! So we switched it off and ended up in a freezing room. The 2 level bed for kids was of a very poor quality, kept creaking when ever you try to move. So we did not have a good night as you can imagine!

Great location beautiful view from the breakfast room. We stayed in room 5. A twin room with en-suit perfect for me and my Daughter. Felt very safe there. All round great break away and will be returning next year.

Review 25：They are in progress of updating and there was a sense of being too casual with family living on the ground floor and feeling like we were interrupting a their dinner. The beds were hard and were 2 twins pushed together.

Review 34：Friendliness of the owners. I missed the first breakfast as the bed was so comfortable and the owner offered me a late breakfast.I have stayed at many 5 star hotels but enjoyed this much more.
Review 35：The cramped bathroom, the very shallow washbasin. In fact the bed was too big for the size of bedroom and there were not enough surfaces. I do not think our floor was vacuumed once.

Review 38：Room overlooking sea was small but perfectly adequate. The property is in easy walk of town centre and the owners were friendly and helpful. Perfectly suited to my needs as I was doing a motorbike tour of Wales. Owners were refurbing the property to improve its standards.
Review 39：My wife felt that the carpet in our bedroom needed "a good seeing to". There was no guest lounge, but I suppose at the price and given that this is a fairly small guesthouse, this is to be expected (and ground floor rooms wouldn't have such a good view).
Review 40：The proprietors were very friendly and helpful, even providing glasses and opener for our (self-provided) wine. The sea view from our room's bay window was excellent. The room itself was a bit cramped with a double and a 2-tier bunk bed, but in fairness we had been helpfully moved to a seaview room with a king-sized bed from a twin room with no sea view.
