Review 1：Bed too small, pillows too soft. Exceptionally hot and unfortunately no air conditioning.

Review 2：Friendly staff. Location in a natural reserve. Stunning view over the valley.

Review 3：The shower was over the bath which was not the easiest the climb into and, unless you were very careful, tended to flood the floor. The separate toilet was fitted with a movement-sensitive light which could leave you in deep darkness or flood the darkened bedroom with blazing light when you went to the toilet at night. A simple light switch would have left the choice to us!

Review 4：The wonderful views over Le Petit Ballon mountain range and the Munster Valley below were the icing on the cake for this relaxing, comfortable hotel. Our room with its lovely view of the hills behind the hotel was very spacious and well equipped. The food at breakfast and at dinner was very good, fresh and locally produced. It was good to see the names of the farms which made butter, cheeses etc. The staff were friendly, efficient and kept a close eye on what you needed.

Review 5：We paid extra for a view room, but there wasn't really a view, it was a corner door onto a deck that was still under construction. The dinner was way too expensive for what it was and they brought the incorrect dessert. Breakfast was an extra charge. The beds were supposed to be twin beds but honestly seemed like children's beds, they were much smaller than twin. Seemed to have used children's beds in order to get the beds into the room.

Review 6：This was in a lovely location and the room was recently remodeled. The breakfast used all local ingredients and was good. On site parking. The proprietors left us a jar of jam to make up for the fact that the deck was under construction.

Review 7：Staff at breakfast could had been nicer and tended to disappear often. Don't understand how you ask for coffee and they don't even ask if you need milk or sugar.

We enjoyed a very relaxing stay with nice food on the half board option. Restaurant has nice atmosphere. The staff were all really nice, friendly and helpful. We would definitely book again.

Review 13：The hotel would benefit from a facelift as decor a bit dated but we certainly didnt mind that. Only problem we had was the pillows on the bed were far too small, more like cushion size and flat.

Review 14：The hotel is in a perfect position high in the mountains with a panoramic view. Our room was comfortable with a balcony overlooking the valley. Food was very good and staff were very friendly and helpful. We didnt use swimming pool but lots of guests seemed to use it and enjoy the facility. We Enjoyed touring the wine trail with beautiful picturesque villages and vinyards. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Review 38：the hotel is wonderfully located, on top of a hill overlooking Munster. Lots of hiking trails around it, and historic sites from WW I and II as well. We stayed in a double room with balcony, proved to be excellent value for money! Clean, bath renovated. WOnderful service, the lady at the reception was most helpful, the girls serving breakfast and dinner could not be better! We had half board, breakfast is excellent, dinner could be better (except again for the service), but I guess it could not be better for that price (dinner and breakfast at 37euros). Would absolutely recommend it for people who are interested in hiking, walking, enjoying a quiet time in nature! We will come back for sure!
