Review 2：I like the breakfast. I only eat halal food..The breakfast as very good ..The staff went out of their way to give me a good breakfast..Thank You. I always come to Ayr for business. I will definitely stay here again the next trip. location was good ..walking distance to Ayr city center..

Review 3：Inside the room was disappointing. Lack of toiletries and towels. Ensuite far to small it was like a box with a noisy shower. Bed uncomfortable as it was two singles put together so the middle of the bed sank.

Review 9：There was very little to complain about. The more expensive rooms could have perhaps been furnished with a small fridge, however that is perhaps being a little too picky!

Review 10：The staff were friendly, accommodating and efficient, and the hotel was fresh in terms of décor with a sense of quality. The rooms were well managed and clean throughout our stay. The location was very central with good on site parking facilities. The hotel restaurant was of a good standard, that catered for a variety of tastes.

You have to try their evening meals, which are superb, and even the house wine is great. Breakfast gives an excellent choice and huge portions. Can't wait to stay again....

Review 29：The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Ayr, it is very comfortable, with an excellent restaurant and bar. The rooms are big and contain everything you need, inclusive very comfortable beds, a bath with overhead shower and a TV, desk and coffee and tea making facilities. There is a family atmosphere.

Review 30：We had the Kylestrom suite which was a lovely room. The food is excellent. The hotel is situated near the centre of town and convenient to all facilities.

Review 31：Noise from neighbouring room was loud (no sound proofing). The decor in the main room area was a little tired compared to the newly refurbished bathrooms. The hot tap and cold shower connections were loose, needs a little maintenance.

Review 35：Loved everything about this place. The rooms are amazing we stayed in a king suite, well worth the little but extra money. The food in the restaurant was delishious. Breakfast had a great selection also. All in all had a wonderful overnight stay .

Review 61：Power Shower was trickle shower: The power shower effect was a 1 second splutter then back to trickle, & the more you turned up pressure it became cold. To get hot water had to turn pressure down to a trickle. Also plughole blocked as water was not draining properly. Not acceptable. Hairs on toilet. Room dated. Double bed 2 singles joined & uncomfortable with raised hump down middle & therefore did not sleep at all well. Windows not easy to open/damaged. Staff friendly, public bar/eating area well presented & breakfast fairly good - maybe I was just unlucky & got a bad room - however I will not be taking the chance with a return visit. Paying £90, which was double a lot of hotels/B&Bs in the area, I expected top quality but was left very disappointed.

Review 62：I found the bed far too hard and uncomfortable and did not like the black lampshades in the bedroom. Breakfast was very basic, no muesli, no fruit in sight, and fairly slow service as there was only 1 lady serving and attending to reception. There was no enquiry as to whether or not our stay had been OK when we left, not particularly friendly. I'm sure there are far better hotels nearby for a cheaper price. I will not be back to the Kylestrome.

Would highly recommend the soft chocolate fondant dessert - absolutely delicious! Its obviously a popular place with locals as a lot of the people eating in the restaurant seemed to know the staff. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and hope to go back again.
