Review 1：The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The bed was a pull out bed with a huge gap from the wall into which the pillows fell down often.The restaurant very disappointing. No toiletries provided.

Review 3：The apartment should have been checked more thoroughly as much was missing. The pool loungers were unsafe and dangerous but again removed as soon as complaint made.

Review 5：The place was not clean. The bed was awful and for a self catering apartment the utensils were useless. The shower was dirty and way to small. Would not stay there again

Review 7：There was dust and a pill (?) under our Murphy bed as well as under the bunk beds. Lower bank bed was not done properly. Property is advertised as a 3 star but it is NOT. We could not sleep well the second night as there was a very loud group a few doors away, who kept talking and moving chairs until 3 am. Not recommended for a couple looking for a room for 2 nights.
Review 8：The reception lady was welcoming, gave us information and booked a tour for us. It was nice to have parking and a balcony. There is a watchman at night who does a very good job checking the property. Probably a good deal for a family of 4 needing cooking facilities for a stay of a week or so.

Review 19：Almost everything. The swimming pool is not warm as the web site mention. The restaurant was all days closed. The hotel area was really dirty. Was impossible to stay in the balcony, dusty and unwashed. The hotel is really far from the city and there are no connection to the center after 19h. There are no breakfast, even paying. There are no room service. Excepted by a kindly and helpful Sr who works in the reception, the hotel is not a good choice.

Review 21：clean apartment, large quiet rooms and a lot of place to park your car, which you have to have because it's far enough to the centre. and You can not hear the highway or railroad tracks even though they are very close
Review 22：The floors were filthy. The lighting was abyssmal.One tiny ceiling light in bathroom ceiling rendering mirror useless-could hardly find my way to the toilet.
Review 23：Owners and maintenance man were very nice. Spacious because of its being handicap accessible. Nice deck off room. Table was gritty with dirt and there was a beer cap in the leaves,etc.,which needed sweeping.. Nice property but needs hands on maintenance.

Review 26：Photo inside apartment showed lounge suite, but none in ours, only dining chairs. NO basic cleaning facilities for washing dishes, but fee could be charged if not left clean. We cleaned cutlery and crockery and dish drainer on arrival as not to our standard of cleanliness. We cleaned again before departure. No daily service of apartment. Not a cost effective stay. Apartment long way from choice of restaurants. Wi-Fi on ground floor non-existent, although advertised as free Wi-Fi. Free bus to beach runs just 2 months per year. This was an advertised feature that drew us to stay there, as was free Wi-Fi !! CNN is often in holiday apartments, but not here. No English speaking tv channels. This is NOT a 3 star facility. No mattress protector on mattress which, we believe, is a basic health requirement.
Review 27：Italo, the care taker at night is a delightfully friendly man. He speaks French and Italian only, but we managed to communicate well with him. He spent time with us and made our time on the French Riviera enjoyable. Proprietor, Frederica, has limited English, but tried to please us.
