Review 1：We spent 6 nights including New Years' eve at this hotel. The hotel facilities are nice and the staff were friendly but highly overworked, and the management was very unhelpful. The hotel was understaffed for a 5 star hotel and the number of guests. The New Year's "live music" was a joke at best. The bed was very uncomfortable and the "free" WIFI was just that; free! We would not recommend this hotel unless you are desperate for a place to stay in Lienz!

Review 3：Did not appreciate being charged 2euro per cup of coffee from a machine in the room Organisation in the dining room could have been a lot better. Also both my wife and I cannot eat certain foods, as we were served these foods 3 times I suggest the chef listens more carefully.

Review 6：Everything was perfect! Best spa area and services. Large luxurious room with terrace and mountains views (since Lienz is surrounded by mountains, all rooms must have amazing views). Very successful mix of modern and Grand hotel features -great attention to details, everything is just perfect! Family - run; staff is very nice and make you feel at home. Will definitely go back.

Review 10：Grand looking hotel located right on the river with a beautiful backdrop of the mountains. Breakfast was delicious and well stocked. Room was beautiful and regal. Staff was very helpful even late at night as we were late arrivals.

Review 12：An awful experience. If the hotel has all the infrastructure of a 5 star hotel, the service is not included. No one came to greet us upon arrival, no one shown us the room nor even asked if we need assistance with our luggage, no amenities were offered. Note that the blanket service is not planned so if you want to have your bed made and ready for your night, you have to call reception (!)

Review 35：The facilities are luxury, the team is very nice and helpful. eventhough we booked 3 nights we had to shorten the stay and therefore asked the manager to change our reservation. she helped us doing this with a smile and willingness to help. The hotel is very well equiped all around the premises. The spa has many different tipes of Saunas and the pool is very nice! the food was great both at dinner and breakfast and for fair price.
