Review 1：I stayed on a week-end, so there was no person in the reception in this hotel. I tryed to contact a Urgence telephone number, because I had a problem at a hotel. But anyone didn't response. It's so so serious...l regrette choice this hotel. I never stay here.

Review 2：The second time that we stay there and there was not hot water to take a shower. After 7 PM is not possible to contact nobody if there is an emergency.

Review 3：Small bed (actually a sofa-bed). Quite far from Avignon centre, only good if travelling by car.

Review 5：Location: a few kilometers from Avignon's historical center. There's a bus, but you definity need a car to stay at this hotel (located in a commercial and business area).

Review 10：The location is not a problem if you have a car. The facility is new and with kitchen in the room for cooking. Free wifi speed is slow. Free parking area.

Review 11：Little parking available for vehicles higher than 2 meters. VERY poor air conditioning ... non existent. No staff on duty to deal with issues. Not a very comfortable situation with a sofa bed.

Review 24：I write this is the hope that someone at the hotel will take note as this was a really good place to stay until....... Until now. The residence seems to be full of students. Not a problem in itself other than there are a few changes that are not so good. First the students like to take up all the disabled parking spaces, one parked, went to her room, changed and then went out for a jog! The stairwell seems to have become a smoking area. Best to use the lift! A black cat (I fell over it once) hase taken residence in the reception. Not a problem in itself other than unable to use the electronic door tag its emergency toilet is now the laundry room. So, a pity really as all these things are quite manageable, but now I need to find a new regular place to stay. Oh well C'est la vie.

Review 26：- upon arrival, you are required to pay without even having seen the room. Good thing the room was nice and clean. - the bed was not so comfortable, quite hard. - desk lady was reluctant to help search for a doctor and call for his/her availability. When asked, she suggested we search on the internet and call ourselves (imagine you don't speak French...). When asked directly to maybe check on her pc (she was online at the time), she immediately produced two addresses (nice), and then told us we could call ourselves.

Review 29：Good location on edge of town for doing day tours to surrounding places by car. Quiet but only 2 minutes from big supermarket. Small but very well-appointed one bedroom apartment. Good wifi.

Review 32：This is actually a student dorm type complex with small room, kitchenette, desk, phone, internet, etc. The furniture was ikea basic, but it worked. No housekeeping and you must leave the kitchen area spotless to avoid surcharge.

Review 33：Walking distance to bakery and restaurants, 5 minute drive to indoor megamall with giant supermarket. Parking at the hotel very convenient, laundry down the hall with washer and dryer.Kitchen is well equipped.
