The rooms were a nice size with plenty of room. the nice beds were so good over laid and missed breakfast. Loved the rain shower in the large bathroom with heated mirror so did not steam up while using shower.

I waited 15mins for scrambled eggs, first lot was like slop, second lot was burt and the third lot i finalloy had (the rest of my breakfast was cold) was powered egg, and frankly. Gross. I am using again for honeymoon suite but wont be eating breakfast.

Review 24：Traffic noise was a little annoying - not the hotel's fault. We like to have windows open at night for fresh air. There seemed to be a fair number of very noisy vehicles attracted to the area later at night driven in a rather noisy fashion. Being a bit pedantic now, we could have done with lower volume on the restaurant music or preferably have none at all!! Quite tuneless noise constantly playing - quite irritating for us when we wanted a peaceful birthday meal.

Review 30：For a Spanish themed hotel, the variety of Tapas on the menu was limited to the usual dishes, however the quality was good. There was only one Real Ale offering in the bar and this was also off so we have to take an alternative drink. It was also quite disappointing that there was no bath in the room. This is the first hotel that I have been to that didn't have one.

Review 31：The restaurant was top quality with some lovely food and very nice décor. Having fresh milk in the hotel rooms was a nice bonus. The rooms themselves we nice, with good sound insulation and excellent air conditioning.

Review 33：Check in time 3pm and check out 11am on a Saturday was slightly small window. Recently at Mecure (similar hotel range) check in was 2pm and check out mid-day on a weekend

Review 39：Be warned that this hotel allows parties to play loud music until 2am in the morning .this is unheard of and outrageous to all other guests .we requested a quiet room but was ignored so much we were moving rooms at 1am but still were disturbed .i do not recommend this hotel to anyone

Little bit pricey for dinner but wonderful quality.hotel next to 24hr tesco nandos KFC so you wouldn't go hungry.staff v friendly. Beautiful room n v quiet even with a prom event on. Fresh cookies in our room. V clean n lovely facilities :)

Review 43：the location is opposite KFC, Costa, tesco 24 which is used as a youngsters race track at night with bass sounds pumping out. It's a 4 star hotel so I was surprised to find black mould and dirt around the bath. I ordered poached eggs for breakfast in our room was given scrambled along with tinned mushrooms all watery and cold beans, the bacon was so hard if snapped. No condiments were given to us, 2 butters in foil, no jams etc. no sugar for tea and coffee. I don't like aircon so j tried to open the window but couldnt despite it having a key and instructions on glass. I phoned to ask and was told some windows in the hotel don't work. We went out for the day came back and the room smelt so bad of bleach and chemicals that our eyes watered. When the Operations manager came that Eve he actually admitted the product used for cleaning this mould is toxic and we should not be near it. We were not notified in advanced of this. We were asked to change room but as we were staying for 2 nights I'd unpacked all my things and felt that choosing to stay there in 4 star wouldn't entail room change down to all these terrible inexcusable things. We had a slight adjustment made on bill . The price if accommodation was £264 and they removed £25 for breakfast and £25 for mould removal. It's outrageous! I'm writing to the most senior director and writing a review on every site.

Review 45：Check-out took a little time but not surprising with a wedding party and the popularity of such a good hotel.

Review 46：The Iberian feel, everything from the wonderful meal we enjoyed to the wooden decor throughout the hotel. The service in the restaurant was fantastic. Staff were so efficient yet friendly and professional. Going to buy one of the Hypnos mattresses for home, amazing!

Review 47：The quality of the chefs is not commensurate with the rest of the hotel's facilities. Its sadly let down by the quality of the food preparation. I stayed there for 3 days and had 3 duff meals.

Review 52：This hotel is in a good spot with loads of parking. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The bar was nice and relaxing for an early evening or after dinner drink. Our room was spacious with a large TV and even had sky sports channels. Lovely large shower and a magnifying mirror to apply make-up.

Review 53：Restaurant felt too small for size of hotel.Inefficient only 2 of us had too wait to be seated over 10 minutes then given a table that would seat 6. The menu for dinner was poor and some of the dishes were far too expensive.

Review 63：The long wait for our dinner. Took 30 mins for the starter to come and then had to wait another 30 mins for the main course, by that time I had lost interest and didn't care to eat it. I also felt that the food was overpriced an there was nothing much to it really.

Review 76：The "walk-in" shower. When I switched it on, a jet of water came out the "handheld wand" and not the ceiling rose, spraying water across the wall and door, which I had to mop up with the floor towel. Upon inspection, the instructions on the shower handle were missing. A minor problem.

Review 80：I checked in for a one night stay over the Christmas Period (Boxing Day) and spent the evening at some friends. Unfortunately the snow came and we were unable to get back to the hotel. I informed them of this on the evening and again the next day when we finally arrived for our bag! We asked if there would be any discount and were flatly refused - The best they could do was to refund a breakfast (which we didn't have) I understand the weather is not the Casa's fault, however it's a shame they appeared to be taking advantage of the local weather situation and couldn't do better - Even a part credit for a further stay or a meal would have been a nice gesture - Shame.

Review 98：The roundabout upon which it's located!. Next to Chesterfield's Football Ground, next to Tesco's Superstore, it was a nightmare. However, we'd put up with it again as the hotel was beyond excellent.

Excellent Bed, Excellent Room and a Restaurant Menu that I've never seen bettered in 30+ years of stopping in hotels 3/4 nights per week (5 Star Hotels included). Add to that staff that were friendly, accommodating and efficient, there is nothing else required. We've already made 2 further bookings.

On this occasion was upgraded to a junior suite as the hotel was full and it was superb. Meals on 3 evenings in the restaurant and each one superb. Special mention to Sandra and her lovely smiling welcome each evening and attention to detail. An excellent ambassador for the hotel. Breakfast is great with superb porridge made to order.

Review 122：Whilst attention to detail is high on the agenda, little things for me were... a lamp wasn't working in the room (okay a bit petty) but because the standards are so high at the Casa, you notice these things, and the TV speaker in the bathroom wasn't working either, but other than that ... all good.

Review 123：The beds are to die for, room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel. Dinner in the restaurant was amazing as always as was the breakfast. The team who work here cannot do enough for you, superb service across all departments.
