Review 1：Lovely welcoming host who gave us good suggestions. Free parking on premises. The appartment had everything we needed. The view of the mountains from our balcony was lovely. We were able to hire the washing machine and dryer to do our laundry on site which was very convenient. Easy drive to Annecy.
Review 2：Residence Florimontane have strict rules about all non-smoking rooms and it is very good. But when our youths-neighbours began to smoke on common terrace we must to close our terrace door. It would be great if the whole hotel was non-smoking through areas, then Residence Florimontane will perfectly top level hotel.
Review 3：Absolutely friendly family run hotel! Our studio-room was with fully equipped kitchen and we had opportunity to have a meal when we need and we had bought every time fresh farmer food at a locals markets. Florimontane location very suitable for trips by car around lake Annecy and more far trips for example to Chamonix Mont Blanc to rise to Aiguille du Midi and it was fine adventure! Definitely recommend Residence Florimontane.

Review 5：The location (we deliberately chose to stay out of town a bit), the self catering faciliities, the friendly hosts. We did a lot of countryside sight seeing so staying out of the centre was actually a bonus and it was only 10 minutes away anyway. When we did go to town, we found parking not a problem including free parking in a church ground recommended but the host; this was only a 10 minute walk form the centre of town, very convenient.

Review 10：Windows of our bed room gave on the terrace which we shared with other guests, so it was necessary to close the shutters. Bad wifi in the interior of the flat on the first floor. Proximity of the road, with some traffic in the morning - but this an inconvenient of the whole surroundings of Annecy lake.

Review 13：Lovely location near the lake and close to the beautiful town of Annecy. We were snowboarding and the hotel is convenient for La Cluzsaz. We loved the breakfast and fantastic hospitality.
Review 14：The location of the residence is great - 5 mins drive from the place for skiing and slides. We have young child so the location was perfect for us. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the hosts are very helpful. Lovely place.

They are ready to help you whatever you need,even a mobile phone charger for those who forgot it at home like me:) The kitchen has everything you may need,fridge,microvawe,dishwasher,all kind of kitchen utensils etc. You will certainly feel like home.
