Review 1：A gem of a chabre d'hote in a great location, in a lovely little town. The Lady who runs it is lovely, very helpful with local knowledge. So friendly and chatty, making our stay a lovely experience. Breakfast was fab too. Oh and almost forgot, an amazingly comy bed ☺
Review 2：Such a warm and friendly owner, and we were made to feel so welcome. We absolutely loved staying here and only wished we could have had longer. A place I could live. Our room was big and comfortable, plenty of natural light with seating areas to read. We slept well. Breakfast was really enjoyable, with a good choice. Parking easy and local. The town itself is one of my favourites, small and friendly with a nice selection of restaurants and bars all at walking distance. I would say out of our 3 weeks touring France and Spain, this was one of my very favourites. A traditional French home. It's quiet and you have your own access to come and go as you please. If you're looking for a relaxing comfortable accommodation, this is perfect. We felt really at home here.

Review 16：No hot shower in evening and night. Heater suddenly stopped during night and experienced cold morning. Reported but no remedy. Heater sometimes worked but sometimes did not. Unstable heater operation. Landlady told she did not know anything but electrician might know... What an amazing professionalism she has! Never recommend this uncomfortable hotel (her home) to anyone.

Review 18：Stayed 2 nights without hot shower in evening and night. Reported no hot shower but no action taken. Instead, landlady told that everyone never take shower in the evening and we were exceptional. She also told that no shower in evening and night was her home rule. We experienced no hot shower around 21:30. Only cold water came from shower-head. Incredible to find such poor facility and impolite landlady. Bath towel smelled terrible. Very disappointed and never recommend it to anyone.

Me and my husband went to Europe for several weeks and stayed in various accomodations including luxury hotels - and this was THE PLACE we loved most! She was so considerate, helpful, and kind to us. She also helped us stay late at Mont Saint Michel , try local food (which is really impossible if you go only to St. Michel) , and enjoy little town of Pontorson! We really felt at home :) If you stay here you'll escape from the tourist crowd and yet enjoy St Michel even better! She let us to put luggage and took us to St Michel. and at night she drove car took us to St Michel again bcz there's no shuttle bus in the night and it will be pity if you missed the night scene in St Michel. How sweet she is . She also ask us whether to go Carrifour Market and wait us with patient. the room is soooo comfortable and clean, the breakfast is super delicious. We had the room at the top floor, which asks for a bit of attention such as not to disturb the guests at the lower floor. The location is very quiet and lovely restaurants are very close by. It was immaculate, had everything we wanted, and the breakfast was especially good. The tea room in which it was served was one flight down, and beautifully decorated. It was a 10 minute drive to Mont St. Michel and there are also buses you can take. Besides speaking excellent English, Catherine is warm, charming and interesting. She helped us report a stolen wallet at the police department. Fortunately, we found the wallet had fallen between the front seats in our car. The room was quiet at night and the mattress was very good. We highly recommend this B&B.

My friend and I enjoyed a hot cup of organic earl grey green tea on arrival. In the morning Catherine made a delicious breakfast for us and it was superb. She even offered to drive us to the station to make the bus to Mont Saint Michel in time.
