Review 1：wifi was giving trouble. it was always a problem as i stayed 2 days.

Review 3：It's a convenient location if you're traveling by train, but if you have a car it's a nightmare. The parking spot is impossible to find until you talk with the guy at the reception, and to do so you have to leave your car in some illegal places. And the parking spot costs 11 euros per night! The wi-fi is embarrassing. It generally doesn't work, and when it does it's so slow you can take a walk around the corner full of drug dealers and baby gang before it takes you to the page you wanted. Finally, this is the first time in my life I find a blank, sticky and disgusting stain on my sheets.

Review 7：The only criticism I have is that even though we had a room on the sixth floor with the window closed we could hear the noise of the traffic below. If you are planning on staying here, request a room on the side of the shopping centre/train station.

Review 8：The location was ideal right in the heart of the city. The underground parking, which connected directly with the hotel was also great. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were always friendly.

Review 13：Its value lies in the sum. We use Lillde as a jumping off point for our journeys in France. This hotel has the perfect position between Gare Flandres and Gare Lille Europe - 2 minutes walk either way. The breakfast is excellent with a wide choice. The staff are pleanant and helpful, No food facilities are offered bweyond breakfast but there are plernty of good restaurants nearfby. It is somewhbat limited therefore in comparison with some hotels but it meets all our needs in this town and .does what it does excellently.

Review 70：Hotel seemed understaffed. The rooms are quite claustrophobic. Rooms facing the front have traffic noise to contend with. The hotel stairwell needs refurbishing. The room we were initially given had an unlocked door in it leading to the adjacent hotel room, and the receptionist said there was no access to a key. They did arrange for us to change room promptly however.

Review 72：Breakfast was a disaster. Too few seats and no queuing system meant loitering until a table became free. Not pleasant for us or the guests already eating. Only two staff meant tables weren't cleared and plates, food, cutlery,coffee etc etc constantly running out. Everyone just grabbing what they could when anything appeared from the kitchen. Bad enough to put me off staying again.
