Review 1：There was no airconditioning at the room, and only the upper rooms have a nice view at the distant Lake Annecy. The room is spacious, yet not very high-standard for the price you pay

Review 8：Basically, everything in this hotel is fantastic, especially the staff, they are greater than what I thought. Once they know that you need something, they immediately provide it to you with a smile. Very few hotels around the world do the same, and this hotel is defiantly one of them.

Review 10：The host Willy and his partner were wonderful. They should mention 20% discount for golf tee times, as the hotel is on the golf course, we played it and were delighted. Willy also helped us enormously. He and his partner are really smiley people and we loved them!! Great stay and definitely going back.

Review 11：The manager was upset that I had only booked one night and was terribly rude about it. Then he tried to get me to buy their breakfast for 15 euros, but since I was attending a wedding I had no need for it and then he got extremely vocal to me saying that he will never let people stay there for one night who are attending weddings. Very disappointing.

Review 16：Not really to do with hotel but wish we hired a car. Very hilly to walk and explore as in the middle of the Alps! Plus got stung 220 euros for a taxi there from Geneva!! Hire a car is my advice.

Review 19：Everything. The landlord Willy is really nice! He offer us a lot of helps. The location is good. The view is amazing. It is definitely a perfect choice for vacation.

Review 20：Lack of air conditioning to the rooms overlooking the lake although we were told the ones overlooking the mountains did have a/c because the sun was them most oif the day. There were no windows to open for fresh air although we were told on the last morning the patio doors could be blocked open with a small gap.

Review 22：Not being able to walk to a restaurant. The hotel advertised a bar and had a menu in the room but you had to find the owners and sit in the basic breakfast area or take to your room, i.e. no atmosphere.

Review 23：Tranquil location, good breakfast albeit it expensive. Our standard room was perfect for our 3 night stay with patio area for sitting out. Nice owners.

Review 24：I honestly can't think of anything, even though the hotel is not a 5-star or 4-star hotel. In our book perhaps barely a 3-star, but it really has a lot of personality and the owners make you feel right at home.

Review 25：The location, the view of the surrounding mountains, the vista of Lake Annecy, the room with its own balcony with a great view of the lake, the generous breakfast, not to mention the home-baked Baguette by the lady owner (the best we've had on this trip!), and of course the jovial and friendly owner WILLI, who was always there with his advice. Thanks to him we had a very relaxing day on the cruise ship around the lake, with a stop in beautiful and romantic Annecy. This is a place where you want to stay just one more day when you have to check out! We already decided we'll go back some day, just to see Willi and his wife!

Review 27：The owner made us very welcome upon arrival and travelling over 300 miles and then was greeted with this was most welcoming. Facilities was perfect and couldn't really ask for anything more. The hotel location was ideally not too far from Annecy but also not too close either. Overall I would defiantly stay here again if I was to return to the area.

We had a room at the back with the mountain view which had easy flat access and a big walk in shower - great for anyone with mobility problems. The front rooms had good views of the lake. The manager was very pleasant and recommended a great restaurant for dinner.

Review 47：Its as expensive as nicer hotels in Talloires village which, given that it is located non-walking distance from the town and was less luxurious than Talloires hotels was a bit expensive. It would have been nice if there had been some form of transport to Talloires once or twice a day.
