Review 1：We had front room so snow clearing occasionally noisy first thing but we didn't regard this a major problem- see view in photo

Review 4：I am an American expat that had to spend Christmas 2015 in the French Alps because I could not travel back to see my friends and family. Madame and her family made me feel exceptionally welcome as a solo traveler in these circumstances. They were very flexible about allowing me to deposit my bag and change into and out of my ski clothing. The room was spotless and very warm. It was quiet even though it faced the main street of town. Everything I needed was within 100 meters - grocery, souvenirs, ski rental, ski passes, the gondola to the glacier, the supermarket, and the Christmas market.

Review 5：Rooms were slightly small for two people for seven nights but there was never any problem. All worked well but would have been more comfortable with a larger room which could accommodate the amount of gear we had brought skiing with us. However, this could have been resolved by booking separate rooms for each of us on the trip.

Review 6：Excellent helpful staff. Regularly changed towels and provided additional pillows on request. Breakfast was brilliant each morning with a reliable selection of food. Staff were polite and helpful and did all they could to accommodate from check in to check out.

Review 7：The receptionist was one of the most friendly, helpful, and welcoming people I've ever met. I mean that. She made our stay so comfortable. This was the best value for a two star hotel. It had everything youd need. The location is absolutely perfect.

Review 8：The hotel is a little poky, Décor is tired, but clean. The room was small for a double, wouldn't want to spend a week in it with 2 people. Fine for a single traveller which I was.

Review 15：Shower did not drain, which we reported at reception but they did not repair it. Room was dirty, sheets were old and mouldy. Towels were scratchy. Beware that people can reserve the jacuzzi and sauna, which are only open for 2 hours per day, so you might not be able to use them! Staff were fairly miserable.

The front desk workers spoke English and went out of their way to assist me with all of my needs. The entire experience was wonderful from arrival to check out. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice, relaxing experience.

Review 19：The location is excellent 3 minutes from the main cable car. The staff is friendly and the room met our expectations. I cannot find the words to describe the food. The chef is brilliant! The breakfast was various and plenty the three-course dinner was amazing! The hot-tub and sauna healed our wounds. Do not miss it.

Review 66：Fab location and value for money. This is my 4th time. Normally go with a few friends but this time I visited with my husband. I guess it's more suited to friends as the rooms are basic (but have everything you need when skiing). Food is fantastic so half board option is worthwhile.
