Review 1：Over cramped and dirty rooms. The beds we're super dirty and uncomfortable. Receptions was closed at weird times and they wouldn't allow me to use the phone to call the local airport ...
Review 2：I like Birka's kitchen, but it has some inconvenient things.The kitchen should equip some basic cooking things as oil, salt and sugar. The wifi here is very weak when we in our room but it will be fine if we use in the kitchen. At night many people will stay in the kitchen o use wifi, it makes some other one come later do not have enough seat and space to cook and eat.
Review 3：Its location is completely convenient for travelers to visit the city. It just takes 2,3 minutes walking to the shopping mall, many restaurants and the train station either bus station. It is also near the old town. I have great experiences here.

Review 9：The staff were nice. There was a small bathroom in the dorm for 8 girls. It could be great if it were bigger with a hair dryer :) Basically the bed was comfortable enough with power socket nearby. Location was also an essential advantage comparing to other hostels.
Review 10：The room was very small as for 4 people. It had nothing more but beds - not even a table or a wardrobe. The shower room could be bigger - it is difficult to hang your clothes while haveing a shower.

Review 13：bed linen for extra 50 krones a sit is prohibited to sleep without it. If you want to save a bit - tell, that you have your own linen. No pans, cups, plates, etc in the room

Review 15：Location was excellent and the beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was good value. It was just your standard cereal, bread, cheese and meats but there was plenty and it was cheap for a place like Stockholm. I would definitely stay here again.

Review 19：It can get a bit crowded if the 14 people room is at its full capacity. And I believe that only one shower and one toilet for each floor is not enough, although I had no problems with big queues during my stay.
Review 20：The location is the best thing! You can get to anywhere in the city by walking! It also has a great (and fully equipped) kitchen! The bunk beds are fixed to the wall, which helps to stabilize and stops the movement from people above or below you.

Review 25：The room was cold, i have managed it by asking for extra blanket. There was no TV. There is no one in the reception after 9 in the night, so in case you need something urgent you will find no one. The breakfast is weak.

Review 27：Quite few of wooden floor tiles, right in front of the shower rooms on the third floor were worn out which made the whole hallway a bit messy. It was a cosmetic failure though. The shower were functioning properly.

Review 29：Not everyone at the reception was that friendly. Breakfast was really, really awful (poor quality, no variation, ugly room to sit); we paid to have breakfast 4 times in advance, but decided not to go back after the first morning (-> there's a refrigerator, free coffee/tea and a small room next to the actual breakfast room. You can easily buy something yourselve and use those facilities instead).

Review 33：There is no internet in the rooms, you have to go out and stand in front of the reception to geta mediocre wifi. The reception opens at 10 and closes at 21, if you have any needs from them during this time, forget it. Hair on the pillow and bed.

We asked if it's possible to have breakfast 10min earlier as it's usually starts(we had it paid but we had to leave hostel early in the morning in order not to be late for our bus) the staff lady said we can prepare sandwiches for ourselfels day before we leave and keep in the fridge.
Review 40：Located next to the city centre and old town, convinient to get to from,a bus station and e metro. In the kitchen you can find everything what you need to prepare somthing simple to eat.
Review 41：Тhe girl at the reception was very unkind. The last day we had to leave very early in the morning and we just asked if we could take our breakfast packed. She angry gave us a package of sausage, cheese and bread and told us that we should make it by ourselves.

Review 45：My room key didn't work some times. There are a free computer in each floor, but we can only see Stockholm guide pages. So we can't do internet search by the computer. You have to bring own computer or some devices for internet search if you need to search some information during your stay.

Staff leave room keys on a box where is inside the hostel for all guests if we late check in time.There are free pasta in a share kitchen. So we can just buy a pasta source at a supermarket(in front of the hostel)then we can make a dinner. It's good for saving money and easy to have a dinner!

Review 55：A excellent hostel almost in the city center. The kitchen is kept clean, you can cook anything bought at the store, which is also located nearby. Very pleased availability of the free coffee and tea! :-) The staff always tries to help. The rooms are clean and homely. I recommend! :-)
Review 56：The loud 6 beds dorm (squeaky metal beds, broken door lock), rude staff (not all, but maybe half), the aseptic environment (don't expect the hostel to help you make friends), tiny showers, unfriendly signs everywhere like it's a prison, not a vacation place.

This place just sitting few meters from the metro, but I would not say it was not safe. Review 64：The shared bathrooms were too few for the rooms and lacked shampoo and soap. There was a wait for the bathrooms, even at 5 am. The kitchen was pretty crowded, even late at night. The rooms were cold and there was no control over the temperature.

Review 73：Walls were quite thin. Could hear people talking next door and in the hall. Could hear the water from the toilets flushing upstairs. But i guess its what you should expect from this type of place. Overall it was ok - not overly disturbing. It did not wake me up while i was sleeping but i just thought it was a little annoying otherwise.

Review 89：I had the same linens and towels for five days even though I asked for a clean towel. Room very noisy on street although I asked for a quiet one. Skateboarders in the street at 10 at night. Blinds broken so I could not shut out the light of the place opposite which had huge lights on all night. People smoked below the window so that the room smelled bad. No shelf to put anything on so I unpacked my case and put things on the floor. Room not cleaned in five days. Light over the bed was so low you could not sit up in bed. I could go on.

Review 91：only one locker in a 8 bed room, I kind of lost the sense of security given by the magnetic card used to enter the room. The beds are assigned, but if it happens that yours is taken when you arrive, get ready for some arguments (I woke up with two people arguing about a bed)

Review 93：There were some issues with wifi, but this seemed like a temporary thing while I was there. It was addressed pretty quickly. 2pm check in time was kind of late. But you can store your luggage and go sightseeing, so it's not such a big deal. You can also use the kitchen and wifi too.

Review 102：I came back to this hostel quite a number of times whenever I came back to STHLM. It's only 15 mins (with luggage) away from the Central Station! Friendly (though not so knowledgeable) staff.. Comfy bedroom and nice environment and surroundings.

Review 110：Wifi strength was terrible despite different modems for each floor. Booked a double room expecting a double bed and ended up with twins. Not able to open any windows for fresh air. Breakfast was average but nothing seems be open early to buy anything before 10am so useful if you need to get an early start. Expensive for what you got but all of Stockholm is expensive so relatively ok.

Review 112：The whole building is in a very good condition, it is simple and clean, furnitures are new and comfortable. The bathroom is also very nice. The centre is close, we enjoyed our time here.

The lift door opens so forcefully,that person standing outside may get injured. There should be sign written that door will open forcefully, and don't stand outside the lift door.
