Review 1：Although i didnt speak spanish the staff was not especially kind and wanted me out of their hair as soon as they could. Also made me feel hesitant to ask questions as a result. Beds were quite uncomfortable.

Review 2：The location provided a beautiful view of the ocean and the hotel was beautiful. Room was clean and the bathrooms very nice.

Review 3：The king sized bed was not as comfortable as I had hoped. Very hard. This is a minor complaint however.

Review 7：Furniture in rooms and at beach are very old. Room furnishings need to be updated. They are worn and need to be replaced. Beds are somewhat lumpy and need to be turned. Same for linens and towels. Upgrade to softer materials.

Review 10：Your staff should learn a bit more English or I more Spanish. However most traveler's on business don't always the time to learn the language of another country especially when they have no other use for it. Also a little high priced! Your hotel was recommended!

Review 12：The view from the rooftop solarium was incredible. You had a view of Cadiz, and the beach and marina. It is right next to the light house and across from main square.

Review 13：I like everything about this place, the rooms are very well appointed with luxury bathrooms and plenty of room. The pool and public areas are very well kept and the entire hotel has an air of luxury. Staff are all pleasant and well trained. I would very much like to stay again soon.

Review 14：Pool area a bit short on sunbeds. Hotel said they had policy of removing towels left on beds for over 30 mins. but this was never actioned.

Review 17：The location of this hotel was great. It was on the beach and near many restaurants and bars. The staff spoke english which was helpful and they gave us maps of places to go.

Review 22：Everyone was very friendly and made me feel at home. The hotel is within walking distance for all that Rota has to offer. The food in the restaurant was fantastic and keeper to the Spanish idea of amazing dishes. I can wait to go back!

Review 50：The design/architecture/layout of the hotel. The location with its direct access onto the miles long beach and long promenade, natural boardwalk through trees and 100 metres or so to the harbour/port where the Ferry to Cadiz beckons.

Review 51：we had booked a superior room but were told we had to pay extra in order to face the sea and not the road . we decided for tranquility as we thought for it but got no sleep anyway as we could hear the neighbors half the night. the walls seemed thin as paper...sorry to have lost a destination we liked very much.

Review 52：we have come to this hotel since it first opened. it had style and authenticity.it has now turned into a hub for package tourists which makes it less attractive to individual travellers. also, staff showed no interest in the non-organized customers, we felt.
