Review 1：No complaints, although didn't eat there. No other restaurants in immediate area (that I saw).

Review 2：On site parking readily available. Easy 1 mile (15 minute walk) to city central. Room clean, attentive staff. Easy car access, without driving into town.

Review 3：WIFI . Had to sign-in all the time. Okay once you were in. Not a good walk into town. Poor lighting/narrow paths past some unpopulated garage areas. Okay with car, not a good walking location at all.

Review 13：At 10am on of the cleaning staff walked straight into our room without even knocking or checking if we were still in the room. I also didn't like the fact that Best Western customers with loyalty cards receive no privileges or rewards when booking through this site.

Review 15：This is a good location in the loveliest town in the Loire. Great if you have a car because the hotel has free parking. Or walkable to the quaint center if you don't (1.5 km).

The staff at the hotel were good, but one man on reception who welcomed guests, checked them out and tried to cope with serving drinks etc as well was more than he could do. More staff needed.

Review 19：Internet was intermittent and we had to repeatedly sign in. The step down out of the shower was very deep and dangerous. Would have liked plastic glasses in the bathroom so as not to potentially smash one. I would have liked seeds and nuts to put with my yoghurt mix. The scrambled eggs were lukewarm to cold and bacon hard and greasy. Coffee machine was good. Would have liked English Breakfast tea and the option to have a pot of tea with a small milk jug.

Review 45：Quite a trek from anyplace I wanted to be. No restaurant, but breakfast served. It's in an outer residential neighborhood, and the walk to the center of the ville where there is any activity takes half an hour (and you will be one of the few people on the road). The trek back is uphill (so takes longer). I was charged for the entire stay after reserving, so I couldn't rectify my mistake after one night and move closer in. I selected Amboise because I thought I wanted to rest my weary legs after walking most hours of the day for three weeks. Not the case. More walking than typical because of the location of this hotel. When you disembark from the train station, which was deserted when I arrived, you can call a cab (wasn't aware of that--took a cab to the hotel upon leaving, which was more expensive than the equivalent cab ride in Paris). I walked for almost an hour with luggage to reach the hotel. I do not recommend unless you have a car or would like to add a lot of extra (not interesting) miles to your walking day.

Review 49：Arrived early to request a quiet room but agent said all twins face noisy roadway. For 115 euros you can find much better. It is a small road motel whose owners have cleverly found a way to get a four star rating. Definitely not four stars!

Review 70：We stayed at the Best Western Le Vinci for the Le Mans Classic 24hr racing, although the hotel is too far from Le Mans really; however, it is very convenient for the wives to visit Amboise and its chateau while the boys are away with their toys. Anyone even just reasonably fit will find it an easy 20 minute walk to the town centre where there are numerous restaurants, although it is slightly uphill to the hotel from the town as others have mentioned. Breakfast in the hotel was excellent with plenty to choose from, but it was expensive as it is in most European hotels. The staff were friendly and very helpful and there is a large secure car park. Perhaps we were lucky but our room had a very large and comfortable bed.

Review 72：Conveniently located a short drive up the road from the centre of Amboise, the hotel was light and airey with modern furnishings and very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast offering cooked and continental choices.

Review 73：Nothing close to hotel, walk to main town about 20 mins, downhill there, but up hill on way back! Pavements all the way so OK. Main town good with choice of restaurants and bars. Fridge in room but unfortunately not working, we reported it, but it was not fixed, however we did store things in their main fridge.
