Review 1：There was no shampoo or shower gel. The location is very good, by the beach, but off season it's not a very lively part of the island. The wifi only worked in the lobby, not in the room. At breakfast we were seated at a table chosen by staff (which corresponded to our room).

Review 13：The room was too hot if u opened the window the noise was too load from the pumps outside. I booked for a sea view and from my window got a view of a rubbish tip. The room was only set for 1 person not 2. The breakfast was the worsed I've had in a long time and to top it off the lift never worked the whole time.

Review 19：There was no parking. Although I booked through this site I wasn't told that some rooms have gorgeous sea views whilst others overlook a back alleyway. I was told after booking that I had to pay twice as much for a sea view. I did not know there was free wifi, no one told me. The hotel locks its doors at night and guests are not given a key. Had to wait ages to get back in, as no one at desk to answer doorbell. Hotel bar closes very early for a resort.
Review 20：The hotel is in an excellent position, right on the seafront, near the pier. The room was extremely basic but kept very clean. The cleaning staff were very friendly.

Review 23：We were given a fourth floor room at first, but the view of the beach is restricted because of the way the building is designed, you are almost in the "attic", so we asked to move to a lower level so we could see the beach (the whole point of being there). We were given a first floor room which was great with a fab view. So, fourth floor not so great and the bathrooms could do with updating, but the first floor has new bathrooms and you can hear the waves on the sand the beach is so close!
Review 24：The office and dining room staff were very friendly and breakfast was reasonable in a pleasant, large dining room looking over the beach. The cleaning staff we very helpful - my son dropped chocolate ice cream on his sheet (!) and it was changed with a friendly smile and no bother at all.

Review 27：Severe lack of wifi it was only available in the bar lounge and it was slow and hardly worked when you did try to use it! I stayed on the top floor and had no phone signal (3mobile) so having no wifi was annoying. Very small breakfast if your looking for a hearty breakfast to start the day this is not the place it's like a kiddies breakfast ( Hotel aimed at the elderly clientele ) not for young couples.
