Review 1：room, bathroom very shabby,smelly,stained,small,barely adequate.Poor ventilation, if opened window noisey and smell of drains/sewage worse. View non-existent.Towels and linen threadbare,stained bed linen,. Staff indifferent except for one receptionist. He was helpful,friendly.
Review 2：The glitzy entrance lulls you into a false sense of security. The bedroom/bathroom were dated and overlooked a grim moss covered courtyard that was Soviet inspired!
Review 3：Apart from entrance, reception and dining area, the whole place needed upgraded. We had to be moved from our 1st room as there was no ventilation and a small bottle was stuck into shower room extractor to keep it open. Moved to 2nd room and it had windows which opened but there was a leak coming from a pipe. On the whole, very poor and bedrooms require complete upgrading.
Review 4：Staff were helpful and dining area very clean. Breakfast was good. Were it not for the staff doing thecleaning to a high standard, being attentive andfood being well presented, the place should be closed.

Review 11：The sink was clogged, I had to use shower for everything, even to brush my teeth :S I complained twice, but both times they just removed the water and didn't fix the problem. Probably they always have new guests because of great location, so they don't care.

Review 14：The room was too tight and no pet facilities like cat toilet. The lobby is 3 armchairs only in front of the reception desk but should be something really bad. It depends if you like to wait at the lobby for your taxi then it is a little annoying.
Review 15：I loved being near town. Shops and cafe were so near. The bed is amazing for me, hard and steardy enough to make me sleep like a baby. The area is loudy but the room i had was totally quite. Breakfast is expensive as it is not anything special. Did not eat there for this reason so i went down for a local cafe and ate the most delicious bakeries :)

Review 25：The location is perfect, in the city center and near to the station. The staff were friendly and well-educated. There was noisy ventillation right out of the window of the room I was given, but at my complaint they gave me another one that was quiet. Tiny it was, I slept very well and I enjoyed my brief stay there! And they kept my luggage for the whole next day, that's all that I needed!
Review 26：No tea/coffee facilities in the room, we were able to help ourselves from the lounge but were asked to pay. Only one electrical socket in the room and that was right by the door. Wifi was very weak.

Review 30：I've been traveling for more than two months. This was easily the worst place I stayed in. Breakfast choices were limited, on the weekend the bread hadn't been cooked. While ceramic cups were provided for some reason plastic disposable plates were given to eat off. It was meant to be a non smoking room but it smelled of stale smoke. The room was very tired, the shower was disgustingly scungy.

Review 32：The placing of the furniture is a bit weird. Not very functional as in our room e.g. you had to climb on the bed to be able to open the door of the small wardrobe. That was a minor issue though and by far outweighted by price and location.

Bedroom 'furniture' cheap & nasty with open air wardrobe totally useless. Overpainted woodchip wall covering. Seriously poor fire information virtually unreadable. No apparent smoke detectors in room. Would surely be condemned by UK Fire authorities. Room floor creaked badly. By English standards this room is a 3rd rate Youth Hostel at best.

Review 51：It was the tiniest room I ever saw. It smelled really bad but I could only open the window 5 cm and then it would hit the bed. The floor was uneven, the toilet seat was broken, there was no chair (no space for it) and everything looked really old. I should have asked to change room, but I was too tired. The breakfast is quite varied but the quality is really poor.

Review 53：There is only 1 iron with no board And only 2 hair dryers for the whole hotel. The hair dryer is attached to a wall mount making it very difficult to use because one hand is holding the wall mount part. These are obviously trivial things to your hotel but those of us who are in France meeting people it's important to look presentable.
