Review 1：Staffs are very kind, showing us way to work and shop. Our room are cleaned up everyday. The feeling is like at hometown. Location of the hotel is so convinent to everywhere. It' s really a good hotel even not very big. Thanks so much.
Review 2：My room was pleasant and comfortable. Everything worked perfectly. In chilly weather the heated towel bars were appreciated. The continental breakfast included a good choice of items and very fresh croissants and the breakfast room on the sixth floor was bright and sunny. Having staff on the front desk round the clock was helpful. The hotel was within easy walking distance of the Chateau and market area. For a very small extra cost an old friend traveling from Brittany to the Chantiers train station across from the hotel could share my room for two nights.
Review 3：For several days they've tried to rise my pay check (they've sad that breakfast is not included, VAT is not included in the final price). Lack of trust on the booking reservation even with the papers printed. In the end I had to call Booking.com to resolve the situation. Poor breakfast. Some of the stuff doesn't know how to behave with the customer (to give good information about internet access, didn't want to let me in the hotel till I made my payment - even the POS of the hotel was not working).
