Review 1：The room was absolutely perfect! Modern, immaculately clean and a large bath! The breakfast is second to none, the best I have had. I will always stay here now when I am in the IOW as there is no other B&B that stacks up to it.

Review 3：It was clean and homely. Barbara couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was a variety of choices at a time to suit us. Nice an close to the town but far enough away for peace and quiet.

Room 1 was nicely finished although one power socket didn't work; the shower room was accessed from the common stairwell / landing; you could hear the macerator from the room above every time they used the bathroom and the shower room had a number of cracked tiles.
