Review 1：More space than we needed for a one night stop-over. Great for families and when travelling by car. Not many people around in December. Decent breakfast buffet.

Review 2：He te,per stare seems to be a little bit cold...we would suggest an automatic system for good climatization when customer is on site. Bedroom little...we suggest to make it bigger because there is space in the floor.

Review 4：Very austere - seating was not comfortable and no carpeting (flooring was cold). Wish there was a mirror in downstairs bathroom above sink. Roads looked neglected giving an appearance that entire complex was rundown.

Review 5：Location to Amboise and Chateau we were visiting. Had 2 bathrooms. Could sleep a family of 6. Kitchenette with American-type coffee pot.

Review 6：It was rather a long walk to the hotel from our room, also the recommended car park.... but not really a problem as we were ready to stretch our legs after a long drive.

Review 7：One overnight stop in surprisingly spacious and comfortable accommodation in a peaceful setting and not too far to drive into historic Amboise. Food choices for breakfast were excellent. We would like to return and stay longer.

Review 8：I got stuck in the toilet due to breakage of the lock. The technician needed more than 30 min to free me by sawing off the bolt.

Review 9：Lots of space in the apartment, perfect for families (including with small kids). Pleasant people. Nice breakfast (brunch on Sunday). Good location in the Loire valley.

Review 10：It is not pretty to look at. It resembles a little estate with separate duplex dwellings. It looks like a new build, but the quality is quite bad. E.g. Peeling paint on front doors, interior fittings cheap and sometimes damaged.

Review 11：The apartment was big! Great for a family to base themselves to day-trip from. The included buffet breakfast was quite good and value for money.

Review 12：The stove did not work. We advised reception and were told that they would send over a maintenance man. When one did not arrive, we walked to reception, again, to get an update only to be told that it was a known problem and couldn't be fixed. We were given the keys to another apartment and we had to move all our things. The surrounding paths are not paved so had to carry luggage so as not to damage them. There was no kitchen cleaning supplies (ie washing liquid / tea towels). Car park was not near the apartment - so had to walk in the rain to and from. The buildings are not very old but look very poorly done. The panelling in the bathroom collapsed showing protruding nails which was dangerous. No laundry facilities.

Review 13：The only bad experience was when the shower overflowed. They sent someone to fix it very quickly. Recommend shower curtains in instead of the glass partition.

Review 14：The property is very new and the rooms need finishing, such as grout in the bathroom, roads paved so we don't track in dirt. The main facility looks beautiful. The staff are friendly and want to please the cliental, Stephan and Marie Jean, as well as the waiter in the dining room. We loved the new appliances and shower! The residence space is an added bonus.

Review 16：The room/suite was large and modern, more like a time share or studio apartment than a hotel as it was in one of many small one or two apartment buildings on the site. There is nothing around the place so cook in the full kitchen or drive a few KMs..

Review 17：The staff is not friendly at all, we came with 3 children and they have put one bed at the ground floor and the other 4 beds on the first floor. The house is in bad condition, dishes were dirty, house was not clean, very bad smell etc. etc.

It is very clean, very comfortable, the staff is very kind and helpfull and it is close to a LeClerc hypermarket so you can buy everything you need for breakfast and dinner if you don't want to eat out. We would definitely stay there again if we returned to the Loire valley

Review 30：Restaurant staff especially the Maitre D' was terrible. Booked half board. same menu each night (we stayed for 2 nights). First night empty restaurant but still terrible service. Fish overcooked (shame as lovely piece of fish). They couldn't care less when we complained. Pasta reheated - again couldn't care less. Tried to give me an egg flan and pretend it was a creme brulee except it didn't have any cream. Ignored us with dirty dishes for 45 minutes, only took notice when we stood up to leave and they wanted us to sign for wine. When we complained we were told that they have a huge problem with kitchen and restaurant. It's a shame because the property is lovely but just stay away from the restaurant. We didn't eat the second night as so disappointed on the first.

PLUS: The cleaner opened the room and left our dog outside for the whole day while we were visiting Amboise ...no water..luckily The for us he didn't freaked out and waited by the door. They didn't apologise much. Just made a note for the manager. The studio didn't have the facilities we expected...we won't go back

This hotel in general has much more potential! It's a pity they don' t Use all of it.

Review 81：Location is quiet but not far from the main roads, a big supermarket is at 3 min. driving distance; Separate entrance - you don't hear or see your neighbours, at night we slept with the window open breathing pure air and hearing the birds!

The toilet is separate from the shower/sink soyou have to visit both rooms to wash your hands. The bed was nice andthe comforter warm. The kitchen was also furnished and a nice microwave.

Review 87：I liked that it was a room with a roof and a bed. And that the staffstayed a few minutes late for us to check in as our flight was delayedinto Charles De Gaulle Airport and we did our best to get there prior tothe 11pm check-in time. Otherwise, this hotel is convenient to Ambroiseand Chateau Chenonceau but otherwise, in the middle of no-where.

Review 88：Filthy. The place was filthy, with weeks of dust gathered in parts and hairs all over the floor and stairs. The sofa had crumbs all over it and there were no mattress protectors. A minor point (compared to the others) were that the views from the windows were clouded with the dirt on the glass. We actually saw two duplex's because the first one was filthy and smelled bad. The second didn't smell as bad, but was just as filthy. The car park was a 5 minute walk from the first duplex (at a fair pace) and the roads that led to the duplexes (for the purposes of unloading) were more potholed that the remotest parts I have been to - a canny way of enforcing a speed limit.

The security man twice knocked our door to ask if we would move our car away from the chalet to the car park, which we had, but some clients clearly weren't going to do it and their cars remained outside the chalets all night.
