Review 1：The lovely spacious bathroom was very well-appointed but, like everyone else, I'm baffled by the lack of a wall fitting for the shower.

Review 2：Lovely to be in Vieux Lille near all the pretty parts of the town and very convenient to pop in and out throughout the day. Late breakfast servings and late checkout are very helpful. The room was very comfortable, the free wifi very good and the breakfast excellent.

Review 3：There was no mini-bar in my room (and no space in which to put one), and there is only a hand-held shower.

Review 5：They didn't gave me the room that I had booked through booking.com. I had to complain in order to get my booked room. Because it was already late in the evening, I had to sleep one night in the other room and only the next day I could move to the one I had booked. They didn't really compensate this (although it was quite expensive)

Review 6：We went for the deluxe room, which meant ample space and quieter position at the back/bottom of the hotel. However... the view consisted of a brick wall, a broken ladder etc. If you really craned your neck, you could see the Notre Dame.. Walls quite thin also, so next door's TV was too loud!

Review 7：Great staff, beautiful decor, comfy bed in the Deluxe Double Room no. 54, delicious breakfast at a discounted price. Location is just brilliant, right on the market square! We travelled by Eurostar, 10 minute walk from Lille Europe to the hotel. We went to a gig on La Peniche, just a 10 minute walk also. We went to the Zoo ( a must - and free!), walked around the Citadel. Ate some delicious food, recommended by the staff at Hotel. Le Barberier la Fume (I think), anyway brill!

Review 8：Our room was minuscule - literally no more than 2ft to the left or right of the bed and about 3ft at the end. Added to this, the bedroom window opened inwards so you couldn't have the curtains closed and the window open much during the warm night (no aircon)

Review 9：We visited during Lille's famous Braderie/Brocante weekend in early September so the Hotel's central position was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Despite the size of the room the bed was pretty good (kingsizish)and the bathroom was fine, stocked with all the necessary and well thought out.

Review 10：Beautifully decorated and welcoming. Comfortable double room with plenty of space and a very clean/ modern bathroom. Close to (in) old town and all of the sites.

Review 11：It's such a shame, but as others have mentioned, the noise from the square below (and we were on the fourth floor) was unbearable. We really didn't get much sleep for the three nights we were there. Even if you close the window, the sound still comes through. Staff here are pleasant but brusque. The lack of a shower holder in the bathroom meant that when I washed my hair the entire bathroom floor was soaked - it took all the towels there were to mop up. The mini bar price is ridiculous at 3.80 euros for everything, including water.

Review 12：This is a well situated hotel for those travelling for both business and pleasure in Lille. It's a short walk to the station and to the Grand Place. Our room was small but contained all we needed and the bed was very comfortable with good quality linen. In fact, fixtures and fittings generally were excellent and tasteful. The wifi was fine too which was good. This is more of a B&B than a hotel as there is no bar and no restaurant for dinner.

Review 24：Our room faced the street, while beautiful, there were partiers on the street until 4am and you could hear everything. I would recommend a room facing the courtyard. Also, the wifi registration process is a little annoying, but it's free so no real complaints.

No wifi in the room. Toilette pas propre: la chasse d'eau du toilette n'etait pas tirée! Amabilité nulle du personnel à l'acueille. Le wifi dans la chambre n'a pas marché pendant notre visite, seulement dans la salle d'acueille.

Review 44：Checkin estuvo rapidísimo (aprox 1min). Los accesorios de aseo L'Occitane. Check in express (less than a minute). Nice bath articles/amenities from L'Occitane.

Review 45：The ONLY thing was the taxi taking us to concert at the Zenith (booked by our hotel). He gave us a card for contacting him for return journey but neither we nor officials at the Zenith were able to contact him and we spent AGES in the cold waiting to get back to our hotel

Transportation near by and shopping all around. The place is a 5 minute walk to a grand space surrounded by marvelous ancient buildings.
