Reviews for The Full Moon
Review 1:A minor point was that the door to the outside was left open on 2 occasions during our one-night stay. This made the corridor, on which our room was situated, cold.
Review 2:Good value in comparison to others around.
Review 3:Paul the duty manager was the consummate professional Nothing was too much trouble Superb location and facilities We even got a Christmas stocking and card waiting for us in our room - nice touch Will definitely come back
Review 4:We waited 1 1/4 hours for breakfast. The bacon, beans etc were dried up and inedible. Coffee was instant served in a cafetiere. The staff were aware of the poor service and we requested that the breakfast charge was taken off the bill which they did.
Review 5:The evening staff gave us a function room as there were 10 of us.
Review 6:Swimming pool wasn't available even though its advertised with pool. Bar area very small.
Review 7:We liked the friendliness of the staff member who booked us in, served us in the bar, served our breakfast and checked us out. She also helped us with local info.
Review 8:No obvious reception place, had to wait for staff to arrive. Hospital style bathroom was very basic and no loo cover on the toilet, very unhygienic. Wooden floorboards throughout the building were very noisy and creaky. So was the furniture. Not peaceful at all. They had double booked us so we did not get the family room we originally booked with a bath tub. We were offered the use of a sitting room but this was dominated by a huge table so there was no space for the girls (aged 2 & 5) to play. They kept our price at £150 per night due to that sitting room. I didn't bother complaining, we're just not going back.
Review 9:Liked the breakfast, frequent fresh towels and beds made each day. One dark haired lady member of staff at breakfast was lovely.
Review 10:The brackfast was horrible so was drinks abd scrambled egg Most of it was to small pitty the swimming pool was not working and when to the rooms there was no light and pitch Black could not see any thing dangerous Pluse it was raining
Review 11:I Forgot swimming stuff so did not get to use pool
Review 12:Good home cooked food, plenty of info for things to do, lovely rooms, plenty of parking love to stay again
Review 13:Hair in bathroom plughole that had not been cleared out for a while. Shower tray wouldn't drain so had to stop shower half way though so wouldn't flood the place. The walls were paper thin was like the lady next door in my room at 6am she was up we were up!! Staff didn't seem to have any interest could hear the chef at breakfast table moaning if we were in yet. Nobody to be found to check out to walk round and them having a fag at the back door with much discrase that she had to chip her fag out to come and deal with me!
Review 14:Staff were unwelcoming, they barely smiled. They were too busy for the skeleton amount of staff. The room was tired and very dated. There was some kind of blue cleaning fluid/ or body wash up the tiles in our bathroom. Other people's (short and curly) hairs in the sink and on the floor. The curtains were half hanging off the rails. I didn't want to shower, so tried to use the basin to wash - the plug didn't work so all the water drained straight out. The iron didn't work - didn't have time to sort this as we needed to head straight out. The walls are pretty flimsy so we could hear our neighbours clearly, who had a rather unhappy baby ( not the hotels fault I guess) Breakfast was available between 8-9, and the staff were under so much pressure to serve and check people out - we left without any breakfast so I can't give a review on the food. On check out we were sighed at, as she was obviously too busy to do everything. Felt that the whole thing was so tired and old. I've paid far less for far better. Very disappointed.
Review 15:Beautiful views
Review 16:Understaffed, no clear reception on arrival. Food was expensive for what what being served. Rooms were average and the double booked was a little shabby. Understand pets welcome but residents next to our family room allowed their dog to use the garden as toilet, not great (residents more than proprietors though) Shower was squeaky when in use and bathroom floor was extremely slippery. Generally felt like it was an effort for all involved. Shame.
Review 17:Location was central to our needs
Review 18:The staff acted as if you were a trouble to them on arrival we were given our key and advised we were in an annex cottage away from the main pub and pointed in the direction ... We were given no information at all ... No advice re meals available - no times for breakfast etc.. The lady was quite rude really ... But I thought ohh well there will be information in the room .. But I was wrong nothing was available in the room ... We were all tired after a long journey and set the clock for 8.30 the next morning ... On arrival back at the pub we were told we had missed breakfast that it finished at 9am... It was (9.10) I said that I was sorry we were late but we had been given no information ... She was very abrubt and stated that it clearly says in the pub the times of breakfast ....she then ignored us and left us standing in the middle of the dining room .. I was really annoyed with her attitude and approached her again saying we had a long journey ahead and needed some breakfast and she then said ohhh there's coffee left and just wandered away we were left to sit at a table that hadn't been cleared and help ourself to the dregs of the coffee in the percolater. After another 5 mins she came over and offered us toast But her manner was overall rude and unhelpful and we overheard a chap in the kitchen stating ohh that's another complaint coming!!! Well Yes it is The staff clearly need training in customer relations
Review 19:Beds comfortable
Review 20:Overpriced. Unfortunately the floor was very grubby, but cleaned for us on request. The beds incredibly soft ok for some but tough on delicate backs. The bathroom was very basic.
Review 21:The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast and dinner at the inn good. Location very tranquil. Great sized family room.
Review 22:One of the twin bed mattresses in family room requires to update.
Review 23:Nice and kind staff. Clean room. The view around the accommodation is wonderful sharing with friends. Value for coming again.
Review 24:The shower and Bed suit the perfect traditional English village setting as I am more used to the City Budget Hotels. This was also reflected by cobwebs and spiders. No swimming pool as its broke.
Review 25:Breakfast was excellent, staff was fantastic and knowledgeable. Gave us good tips on the surrounding area including its History. You can see the White Horse of Wiltshire from here.
Review 26:No complaints
Review 27:Lovely quiet location, room was clean and comfortable. Had a lovely steak dinner in the restaurant reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would certainly stay again when visiting the area.
Review 28:We had to leave to go back home
Review 29:The Staff could not have been more helpful, we had our two Jack Russel Dogs Food Excellent Evening meal and Breakfast
Review 30:See likes!
Review 31:The whole place seems run down and unloved. I understand it is up for sale and run by a management team due to liquidation. The only thing that was good was the staff especially at breakfast and the clean linen.
Review 32:There were a few spiders and cobwebs but this time of yr u don't expect no different overall lovely place to stay
Review 33:We arrived greeted with a warm welcome the food was great room was a bit hot but very cosy
Review 34:We missed breakfast, no-one told us it finished at 9am. Rooms had no windows only doors so room for very stuffy so didn't sleep too well.
Review 35:Really cute pub and B&B we had one of the converted rooms away from the pub, beautiful, modern and clean.
Review 36:Unfortunately, the pool was not available - but then, the weather was too cold anyway ;-)
Review 37:Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great food - and a nice location in a quiet village, but very close to Bath and Avebury. Definitely recommended!
Review 38:The room needs cleaning better as there was cobwebs, dust, cracked tiles in the bathroom, toilet seat stained. The mattresses on the beds where past there best, pillows too thin, wardrobe wouldn't shut properly, cracks in the walls. Just needs some tlc to bring it up to standard.
Review 39:Friendly staff, good food, nice old building, the peace and quiet.
Review 40:We had an evening meal and the only option was a roast dinner (with it being a Sunday) the kids menu was better! They didn't even have a tomato based pasta sauce rather than cream for my youngest son. The starter (pate) was mediocre. The toast itself wasn't the worst I had ever had but the meat was very fatty and the rest was just frozen. I ordered Eton mess for desert which contained no meringue whatsoever and instead was a lot of frozen berries kind of mushed up with whipped cream on top. Very disappointed.
Review 41:Comfy bed and free wi fi
Review 42:Food limited, rooms need upgrading and we stayed at another pub previous night in the same area which was only £20 more and significantly better quality and value.
Review 43:Country pub with good beer and friendly staff
Review 44:the wifi didn't work in my room despite me getting the right password however this didn't bother me too much
Review 45:The atmosphere, layout of the rooms and cleanliness
Review 46:We were in the bar and asked if we had any last orders at 21.45 as they would be closing, but we could take our drinks to our room.We found this very unusual at this time of evening as we were not aware of this before booking and there were no other pubs close by.
Review 47:A little out-of-the-way. The rooms need some modernising (decor/electronics etc). No air conditioning (the room was very hot with just a small window). Could smell cigarette smoke all night. If there was Wi-Fi, it wasn't made obvious.
Review 48:Car parking. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff.
Review 49:The room floor directly above ours made so much noise when the people walked around and going to the toilet throughout the night kept us awake most of the night.
Review 50:Leaving.
Review 51:A really quaint old English inn.food good evening meals reasonably priced, food good rooms very clean and comfortable .we would stay here again .staff very friedly.
Review 52:The plumbing in our first room was shocking. We were given two rooms in the newer annex which were super. The water was still an issue as its was so hot I couldn't turn the tap off.
Review 53:Staff were very helpful especially when we had problems with our first room.
Review 54:The bathroom had only a bath and whilst it had an shower adaptor to enable you to wash your hair in the bath, the water pressure was minimal so took forever. The free WiFi didn't extend to our bedroom. I had difficulties sending a couple of work emails even from the bar.
Review 55:Room for three of us in the main pub building was lovely and quiet. double and single bed, all very comfy, traditional in style. The surroundings, pub garden, staff and breakfast all very pleasant.
Review 56:Dirty pillow Pubic hair inside duvet cover Swimming pool closed Bathroom floor rotten collapsed in door way serious health and safety for trips slips and falls for disabled people and normal abilities cobwebs and spiders and dust in cravesses needs attention to detail no apologies from staff about bathroom this appears to be a long term problem and no mention when arrived
Review 57:Every thing was good except...
Review 58:We stayed in the family room, somebody lived above is and got up early around 5.30 in the morning, which make some noise as the ceiling is just wood, Also on arrival we had big discussion about the fact that the pool was closed. The second day it was possible to use the pool. The issue with the pool is just some sand on the bottom, but is seems to be clean otherwise. This place is about to be sold. The guy who is taken care about it at the moment does a good job, but once a week is not there, and then things are different. a) discussions about using the pool, when this guy is there, he explains the pool situation and you can use it , when the caretaker is not there, discussions etc.. b) food when the caretaker is there, things are ok, when the caretaker is not there different, not as good.
Review 59:Apart from the noise in the early morning , the room was ok
Review 60:Few spiders in the room (those thin long legged ones that don't move far) - not too much of a bother but would have preferred not to have them there.
Review 61:Location, scenery, lovely friendly staff, made to feel very welcome. Excellent evening meal.
Review 62:Hotel filthy, in receivership, pool not open, cobwebs in room, dusty, dirty, skirting board in public areas filthy, shower needed re-grouting. Breakfast inconsistent, one rasher of bacon one day, two the next. Dirty cutlery and plates in dining room. Noisy, threadbare, dirty carpet on stairs, in room same. Windows not been cleaned for years, external of property dilapidated. Very aged and worn out. Property currently up for sale on Rightmove. Restaurant meals overpriced and no choice. We went to the Bell down the road and you get good food for less.
Review 63:Location, variety of continental breakfast/fruit juices, cereals. Staff very nice doing their best in a bad situation
Review 64:Swimming pool out of use.
Review 65:I had to leave earlier than the time breakfast was served so they offered to provide me with cereals or a packed lunch. Opted for the packed lunch and had it delivered to my room . Excellent quality and service.
Review 66:Swimming pool closed while we were there. Couldn't access any wifi. Had expected better food offering from this type of country pub.
Review 67:The staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Comfy bed and decent size, clean rooms. Above nice pub.
Review 68:When we arrived it all seemed a little disorganised; the staff were busy but the pub was by no means full. The whole place would benefit from a little bit of tlc.
Review 69:The breakfast and the bar food was very good. The pub is in a quiet country location and ideal for the start of out holiday.
Review 70:Checking in was a little haphazard but I really don't have any complaints, room was clean, staff were all very courteous, nice food, ample parking what more do you need?
Review 71:Clean, comfortable and friendly :)
Review 72:The locals sitting around the bar when you were ordering your food/ drinks. You had to stand in the middle of their conversation to be served - no privacy
Review 73:Lovely setting. Bed linen fresh
Review 74:No shops nearby to get a paper or provisions for next days travel.
Review 75:Very nice place to stay. Room spacious and clean, comfy bed, bonus was shower was hot unlike some places. Good home cooked food and relaxed atmosphere.
Review 76:Where to start! A very lack luster welcome from staff member, first thing requested was room payment, advised there was a hen party that evening so no food. We were then informed breakfast wasn't until 8am, as we were in the area for business and had to be at work for 8 this didn't work for us. Staff member unconcerned, didn't offer an alternative just advised we should have booked an early breakfast, maybe there should be something on the website to tell you this. After a long day at work on Saturday and looking forward to relaxing in the pool, we returned to find that the pool wasn't being opened over the weekend and that they weren't serving food either. It would have been nice to have been informed when we arrived and was told no food on Friday. Had to head out to another pub about 2 miles up the road for food which we can certainly recommend. Also realised why someone in previous reviews said not to have room 1 (which we did) you are near the stairs door so can hear it bang every time anyone comes in or out. Theres also no shower, just a mixer tap that you cant regulate the temperature of or hang the shower head up.
Review 77:The bed was comfy, room was clean, bathroom in need of refurbishment tho.
Review 78:All place is in real need of refurbishment, room looked very grim and was not very cleaned. While they advertise swimming pool and restaurant and the facts that we were there on saturday and the hotel was fully booked, both were closed. And breakfast between 8-9am on a sunday didn't impress us so we didn't go hence can't comment on the food.
Review 79:Location, outside look of the place, large parking
Review 80:The pool was out of use and no advance warning of this (booked this room with hopes of using it), there was no food at the restaurant friday or saturday night, and when we came home saturday night we found we were locked out. Night bell didn't work, nor did nighttime help phone. Had to find staff cottage in dark/rain. Breakfast was paid for with booking, but time didn't suit our schedule so we weren't able to eat.
Review 81:Comfortable bed, nice location and staff were friendly.
Review 82:Deathly quiet, no background music so lacked ambience a radio or something could have broken the silence in the bar/ restaurant and the breakfast room. Small double beds
Review 83:Location and views were great for what we needed. Food was pretty good too and very accommodating.
Review 84:The bed was comfy but a little small. In general the room needed a little TLC ... bathroom in particular, the water from shower either came out as a fine mist or as if from tap.
Review 85:Evening meal in the pub, my husband rated the burger as one of best he's had! Pretty location with nice views from the garden. We were in one of the cottages, overlooking a field of alpacas which was quite a novelty! All the staff we met were really friendly and welcoming.
Review 86:We were there to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and were left feeling disappointed with our experience. Fawlty Towers is alive and well!We stayed in Tintagel cottage, and the room was very small. It might be better to have one room upstairs and one downstairs rather than trying to cram in as many rooms as possible into such a small area.My husband ordered a pint of real ale (there was only one on tap) - and it had bits in it, so he ordered a Guiness and that was off. He ended up having red wine as he had seen the Thatchers cider looking cloudy and didn't want to take the chance.Breakfast - food was good, but number of staff on duty was ridiculous - 1 waitress to take our orders and bring us our food. The restaurant was full, not surprising given the fact that breakfast only ran from 8am to 9am. It might be better to lengthen this time so as to stagger the number of residents coming in for breakfast. From ordering our tea and toast, it then took approximately half an hour for the waitress to return and take our breakfast order - might I suggest that this is taken at the same time as ordering the tea and toast, as it may speed things up. My cutlery was dirty, as was the cup for my tea and I changed it with another one laid out on the table. When trying to check out, it took 10 minutes for us to locate a member of staff as the waitress was busy in the kitchen, assisting with cooking the breakfast. The Manager was hiding in a back office and only appeared after another guest and ourselves wandered up and down the corridor wondering loudly if there was anyone else around to check us out. I think he should have been assisting in the restaurant as it was very busy, and no doubt the waitress could have done with the help. All in all, it was a bit disappointing and did take the shine off our anniversary, although we did see the funny side to a certain extent.
Review 87:The Staff were friendly Food was good - we enjoyed the evening meal, but the menu could do with a few more choices Garden was lovely and the location was lovely and peaceful Shame it didn't live up to its promises - it could have so much more potentially
Review 88:first night I asked for a wine list and was told they didn't have one....what!!??? Food was o.k, but at breakfast the second morning, mothers was a spider in the jug of orange juice, I told the waitress but she laughed and then didn't do anything about it! Also there was an army of ants all over the table that had the breakfast stuff on, they were all over the fruit too...not good.
Review 89:room was fine and comfy bed, use of pool which was lovely and warm, friendly staff and peaceful and quiet, no traffic noise.
Review 90:Towels were provided for one though there were two of us. The restaurant was closed for dinner and we were directed to an alternative pub whose restaurant was also closed, having thus to drive 5 miles to Frome where we managed to find somewhere open with 10 minutes to spare! Breakfast was basic and, for instance, though the menu offered Marmite there was none to be had - the waitress explained that Marmite was "very special" and not normally a breakfast item!!! This B & B was in a charming building, but was run in a careless way. We would not stay again.
Review 91:The pool was a great asset - the bathroom was also above average, though the light could be temperamental.
Review 92:The key for the pool could not be found, so we did not get our swim. The hotel is in the middle of refurbishment, although this did not detract from our comfort. Nathalie was excellent, very apologetic regarding our lack of a swim and a view.
Review 93:The free parking, the very comfortable bed, and large ensuite, although the shower head was a little dodgy. The excellent breakfast. Dinner was good. The proximity to Frome. The best is the view of the White Horse from the garden, just magical!
Review 94:The cracked wash basin and shower tray in my bedroom. The damaged flooring in the swimming pool shower room. The attitude of the staff on the owners' night off.
Review 95:The location. The spacious rooms in a separate block from the pub.
Review 96:The only fault is the pool needs updating and cleaning.
Review 97:The rooms were lovely with great views. Bonus having the pool. Location close to lots of attractions. The staff was very friendly.
Review 98:No food served on a Tuesday night. However Landlords advice on a good curry house was spot on and only a short drive.
Review 99:Had a giggle in the bar with Landlord and locals, Breakfast was great especially the quality of the black pudding :)
Review 100:The room was not serviced on the second day. The dining room was cold. The shower head had lime scale build up. there are various parts that are in need of repair, including the chest of drawers and the seals around the shower. We asked for the owners to contact us within 24 hours as we left a night early (which meant we lost a day with the grandchildren) so I could speak to them before giving my report but that has not happened yet. I was charged full price for both nights but thought the 1st night booking with you was for £55.
Review 101:The staff were helpful, particularly the main housekeeper and Heidi. The use of the swimming pool
Review 102:No heating, no pillow cases, the room was dirty, the double I booked was a twin, the bedside lamp didn't work, the shower is poor. Dinner was average at best.
Review 103:Nothing is a good or even acceptable standard.
Review 104:We were freezing all night, had no hot water and when we complained the staff could not have been less interested. They told is the boiler was broken and would not be fixed for 3 days. We were also told as we booked out that we had been put in the wrong room.
Review 105:Nothing
Review 106:The pool wasn't in operation when I arrived and I thought the food was a little disappointing. I had the salmon in wine and cream and felt it bland and watery.
Review 107:Very comfy room with lovely views - terrfic surrounding and cosy pub area. The staff were helpful and friendly.
Review 108:no problem there whatsoever. Its a good hotel with everthing u need
Review 109:I arrived to find a nice big spacious car park i could leave my van. Checked in and had a quick pint in this nice pub which was nice and peaceful. Went to my room which was nice and warm with en suite. Nice sleep and a nice breakfast served from 7
Review 110:Menu needs some work.
Review 111:Nice stay would consider again - the place is in administration so understand my limited menu but food was good and room was very good for the price and very quite and brilliant bed. Best sleep in a long time! Thank you - the staff and woman (sorry forgot your name) was lovely very welcoming.
Review 112:The shower was a bit old and tatty but worked fine.
Review 113:This quaint, 'oldie worldy' pub is set in a lovely quiet setting. The interior is full of history and immediately feels warm and welcoming. The staff were lovely and showed me to my room and made sure everything was o.k
Review 114:The walls are paper thin and after an early start, long working day. I had to listen to the TV that was switched on all night.
Review 115:The staff were very very helpfull
Review 116:No heating! Broken down. -5 degrees, so frozen despite small oil heater to plug in. Bathroom icey, couldn't bare to use it. Corridor even more cold.Hard to get any hot water. No restaurant facility on Sunday had to go out for food. Swimming pool was filthy and water cloudy and smelly. Beds not made. Staff very noisy at 6am below bedroom and smoking by the door so smoke drifted up stairs to our bedroom. Two of my family were unwell so did not want breakfast. We asked for extra as they were paid for but got frosty response. Managers not very friendly. Price was too expensive for rooms and not told about heating before or after arrival. No deduction made for this.
Review 117:Rooms decorated nicely. Comfy beds. Nice breakfast. Bar staff lovely. Location good for Longleat
Review 118:Room a little shabby, needed freshening up. No ice in G&T. Food unremarkable and no beers on draft. Unable to use pool as chemicals put in it without warning. Staff not sympathetic when this pointed out.
Review 119:Location. No problem with providing extra portions at breakfast.
Review 120:They'd ran out of beer ! A bit sad for a free house and had booked it especially with my husband in mind. Still the dog was happy.....
Review 121:Our dog was made very welcome and especially in the bar where on tap dog biscuits were available. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Lovely old pub and very characterful.
Review 122:We weren't told about the boiler breaking down so we had no heating. The bathroom facilities were old a tired. The window in our bedroom was drafty and the blind didn't fit so I had to wedge the draws of a sideboard against the blinds to stop them blowing and the light entering. It room was cold when we were having our breakfast and in the pub of a evening when we were having a evening meal.
Review 123:Breakfast. We originally went to this hotel a few years ago when it was so nice. It was warm and run by a very nice man. Not run down like now.
Review 124:staff trying to engage in confrontation for the fun of it, lying to a child about getting longleat tickets, dirty pool, dirty cups, no heating system, I would never advise anybody to stay here
Review 125:On arrival no welcome and didn't tell us about anything or where things were. Had to find own room. In room mould in shower and peeling paint. Had called before and checked on arrival re a evening meal but no room on the night.service poor and waited over an hour more for meal. Starter not come and not asked re pudding. Room very cold had to wear coats Breakfast room cold staff not a clue in service. Had to remind re orders different menu to on Internet. No idea where the pool was. Not informed politely re an evening party so we would have to wait. Staff couldn't cope.
Review 126:Good food when it arrived. Drinks ok when they remembered. Good breakfast staff who was polite and professional.
Review 127:There was a slight problem with the pool reported on the Saturday morning but as we left on the following morning someone from the maintenance firm arrived at around 9am. So problem was acknowledged and quickly resolved so all good really...
Review 128:A warm friendly welcome, a wood fire burning in the snug, clean and comfortable room and dog biscuits kept behind the bar for four legged friends all made this inn feel like home! A home where someone else made the all you can eat breakfast and the wonderful evening meal .
Review 129:Nothing to dislike thank you
Review 130:Staff made you feel welcomed and polite the accommodation was superb and the complementary breakfast was excellent the evans family after spending all day at longleat park for the festival of light it's was the perfect tonic to unwind and relax the food was delightful the journey from longleat to the full moon in frome wasn't to long would stay their again
Review 131:Bathroom was run down and food took a long time in the evening.
Review 132:Staff were friendly, room was a good size with nice views. Close to Longleat and pub gave a good discount on entry tickets.
Review 133:Staff very slow at dinner service. Food very average. Hard to find. Room above us - could hear people. Very expensive for the grade of stay. Not up to our last booking.com stay which by comparison to this one - was extremely good.
Review 134:Bed was comfy,
Review 135:We stayed in room 14 and it was rather cramped. Shower cubicle was very small and the flow of water from shower head was very poor. Shower head needed de scaling or replacing and the light in the toilet would not come on without tapping it. I told the people at the place twice and they promised to sort it but it was not done. I think that the owners should stay in each of the rooms they let out to see what improvements can be made and not wait for people to complain. I think it was NOT value for money and I would have liked a discount of some sort not just a grunt as I paid my money. Was very hard to find as no signs on road.
Review 136:Breakfast was satisfactory. Evening meals were nice.
Review 137:Web picture of family room is not what we stayed in. Staff knowledge of facilities available in hotel, no hot water and broken heater.
Review 138:Pub, pool, location, kitchen staff, food,
Review 139:I can not say there was anything I specifically did not like about Full Moon. Except to state the obvious - like don't expect a gym or pool type of comment, I've nothing to say that's negative.
Review 140:Loved this place and am so glad a friend of mine who is a bit more adventurous than me had booked into Full Moon first. I expected to get 2nd rate everything so far out in the countryside -- but had a really nice stay. If you are looking for a more personal experience (expect one of the two owners or their daughters to be working the desk or restaurant) then you must check out the Full Moon. From the quality of the food, to the room, to the value, I'd rate this next to excellent. After London prices for a week, this was a welcome relief also.
Review 141:Pleasant location but a little Nice room but sleep disturbed by loud music from a wedding reception. Breakfast food was cold but replaced when asked with hot food.
Review 142:Pleasant location. Nice room clean and comfortable. Breakfast food was very good but buffet service was a bit chaotic. Very good value packed lunch provided for journey home.
Review 143:Nice room comfortable clean towels every day. Good food children liked it as well. the pool worked a treat with the boys very enjoyable all round thank you.
