Review 1：the 'plastic' carpet! Not kind to the feet. And not realising there were windows from the bedroom to the bathroom (with blinds - but I didn't see them at first)

Review 4：The service and really nice staff, especially Marc and Julie who were very supportive! Great and complete breakfast. Room basic but all you need! Comfortable beds, clean, good coffee maker, safe in the room, parking available underground and easy access, good bathroom / shower and separate toilet. Beside that the perfect location, close to the harbour and restaurants, bars and shops. Couldn't be better if staying in la Ciotat

Review 5：Fridge didn't work, staff were lazy with the room as neither the mini bar nor the complementary items were restocked. Even from the previous guest!!! The review card had been filled in by the previous guests so I couldn't even use it. And we were charged for all the drinks and snacks from the mini bar which they had consumed as it was never restocked before our stay!!!! This is my 3rd stay at the best western which I previously praised as a hotel and I can honestly say I don't think I'll be back for another stay.

Review 6：The wifi did not work in the room that we had the signal was only accessible from the lobby. I did report this to the front desk so that they would be able to make further investments in their wi-fi system as it is misleading to state there is wi-fi when it doesn't work through-out the hotel effectively. Also the in room safes did not work.

Review 25：The location and view in particular. The room was clean with plenty of space. Staff were helpful and friendly. Liked the infinity pool, sauna and views from the roof.

Review 26：We had a Junior suite , overlooking the harbour and a twin room that they put an extra bed in for the children. the location is superb, the view over the harbour is stunning. the roof top pool was a real treat. A little more expensive than the other hotels in la Ciotat, but worth every euro.. We would definitely go there again.

Power cut for most of the day so no electricity, no wifi no lights no air Connor jacuzzi no facilities whatsoever so had to go outside for the day, no morning coffee no tv etc etc. I know it was an unusual situation but only a slight apology on departure and nothing offered even a free breakfast or slight discount.

Review 37：We were told that breakfast was from 6:30 to 10, and it made it sound like it was included. At check-out we were charged for it and had no recourse. Also, the phone to the parking garage did not work, so my friend had to go around to have the door opened.

Review 39：I don't like the manager, I make booking by Booking.com for 5 days. Booked 2 days more by hotel directly before arival. Mean totally 7 days. Told reception the 5e day that I want to check out 1 day earlier. Still have to pay 7 day's instead of 6 days. Booking.com can or will do nothing for me. If you book by Booking.com you have to check out and pay by reception.

Review 41：It's their company policy not to switch the air conditioning on until mid May. This resulted in our room being baking hot. We opened our windows but got savaged by mosquitoes. A very unpleasant stay.

Review 46：- room allocation mistake with very dissapointing downgrade without compensation or commercial gesture - wifi not working with Mac - out of bathcloth for sauna & hamam - sauna not working - backside room wake up at 5AM due to truck delivery and offload - service friendly yet little below standard for such kind of hotel, not doing their best to fix and compensate for problems, making us feel we were less important that larger groups of visitors.

Spa area is tiny with no changing area, no towels, not cozy at all. "Gym" has 3 machines, none of them is for running.

The rooms were very well presented with everything that a person needs when on business, i.e. wardrobes, shelving, desk to use laptop, kettle with tea and coffee - this is very important. Review 126：1. Preauthorisation of the card attempt a week before the arrival - right after booking on-line 2. Failure of credit card payment upon night check-in (was forced to pay cash by a male receptionist) - my bank confirmed the next morning that there was NO ATTEMPTS to charge my card through the night whatsoever. Obvious reception cheeting procedure to obtain cash payment by all means. Next morning my card payment was OK. Unprecedented situation. 3. Wi-fi did not work at all on Friday 21st of February 4. Plug in the bathroom sink was stuck at night, water standing full in the sink till the morning 5. Crazy driver supplied to the Airport by reception after check-out (small arabic look man in black Mercedes Vito), price was promised 80-100 Euro at reception, the driver asked for 130 and did not give any change from 140 at all!!! Driving manner is dangerous to the worst extent. Please say bye-bye to this driver forever!!!

Review 128：Wifi signal strength was poor. The wifi worked but it could have been better. As I was on a business trip this was more important than it may have been if I was holidaying.
