Review 1：The location is great and my room was large, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was especially spacious, with nice fixtures, and the WiFi connection was good. Breakfast is served downstairs, in the hotel's cafe, and the food was very good. Thank you!

Review 4：Staff don't speak English, it was difficult to communicate. The wifi and one light in the main room did not work but they said they could not do anything. Stairs that give access to the rooms are just near the kitchen so there was a pungent odour of cooking oil even if it was ok in the room. Breakfast was copious but the bread was dry. View of the courtyard not beautiful to see.

Review 12：Perfect location! The room is very large and clean, with a separate living area. The surroundings are quiet, so you are not disturbed by any noise.

Review 16：The location to the Melk Abbey is excellent...just a few minutes walk.The hotel is right in Melk in the midst of the small town shopping district.
Review 17：This was the worst accommodation we have had in Austria. Access to the room was through the toilet. Stairs to the room was past a smelly kitchen and cafe toilets with very narrow steps and staircase to drag bags up to the room - no lift . The free breakfast was the worst we have had. Free parking in private car park was nonexistent. Booking.com should reconsider having this place on their list
