Review 1：The beds made noise with any slight move, seemed like it was going to break. Very tight space in the room and all toilets were stinky.

Review 3：I didn't like the environment, it is a very strange place where it seems there are people living during all the year and, at least, during our stay, there were very unpolite people talking loud untill late in the evening and again early in the morning. And the staff there were not saying anything at all. Besides the mattress are not comfortable at all and we were in a room without any windows.

Review 5：If you like bed bugs, stench, beer cans, used eating utensils and filth strewn around the room upon entry, then this is the place for you. The sort of place you wake up minus a kidney. Reception refused to refund my stay when I immediately complained about the condition of the place and sought a refund.

Review 7：The only thing I didnt like was the size of the room. It was quite small for 12 people I literally had to walk sideways to get to my bed.
Review 8：I stayed there for 3 nights. Staff are very friendly and helpful (which when you stay in a lot of hostels you realise is quite important) especially Tamara at the reception. The location is perfect, close to everything. The showers are spacious and convenient.
Review 9：The rooms had no windows at all and were quite smelly when the rooms were full. There is not enough storage space in the rooms to keep your bags and belongings and it was generally quite tight. Facilities are alright, but not enough when the hostel is full, the kitchen was being used most of the time and there was not enough space by eating area. Checkin staff was overwhelmed by the amount of people wanting to check in or check out and the result were long queues.
Review 10：The hostel is located very centrally next to the main shopping street. It is also only a short walk to the metro station and the central station.
Review 11：Only stayed there for a few minutes, don't know why but felt very unsafe. I booked a female only room but inside there's someone who looks like she lives there and grumpy. Outside the hostel there are a few men standing and it made me really scared.. Checked out just 20 minutes after check in.. Don't recommend this hostel

Review 13：They let in all the crazy people, criminals, and non-functioning homeless people. These people are long-term and live off the government welfare. They absolutely ruin the experience, and often engage in antisocial behaviour. If you stay here, be prepared to be disgusted, insulted, and guard your belongings.

Review 23：I stayed in a single room which cannot be ventilated because there is no window, no toilet, no shower, even no sink. A small aluminium closet, TV is high up on the wall nothing can be watched and also there is satellite system but needs adjusting. Hostel charges almost everything, sheets, duvets, pillowcases (self service), deposit for the key, alcohol is forbidden in the hostel. There are more but I let customers experience.

Review 26：A nice and decent place and good value for a good price for a short stay. Really nice staff doing their best to accommodate, kitchen was well organized, beds were comfortable, secure lockers provided for everyone, a nice and decent place.

Review 33：No signal for the TV in my room and no assistance was offered to address my concerns. There were several hours that the heater is not working, it was very cold. Poor acoustics, noise at the hallway and door opening makes it difficult to sleep.

I arrived at 2200, I didn't see anyone standing in front of the reception,so I gave my passport to the receptionist and asked her to do the check in for me Then she pointed the keys n a card something like that on the reception desk and told me I have other customer, plz sit and wait I wait her until she finished then I walked to reception again, but she still asking me to wait, once she s done will ask me to do the check in. So I wait her . Around another 10 mins wait, she went out the counter and locked the reception, then I asked again. Then she said oh ,I ll be back within 10 mins, after she saying this ,she went out with her friend. Finally she back half hr later,and told me needs some fresh air and finally do my check in Point is the easy check in procedure only takes less than 5 mins, but I ve waited nearly an hr.

Review 37：The bed bunks are too noisy. You can not do any movement in the bed because probably you will wake up the other people.

Review 39：One of the staff members (guy who was "in charge" at night after the reception closed) was extremly rude and even bullying, with a very aggressive tone - Saturday night - Pretty poor value for money. Toilet was disgusting on Friday night, though acceptable on Saturday.

Review 41：Very impolite people working there. A lot of dangerouse people sleeping in the hostel. You do not feel sabe there. It is like in an horror movie. The ceiling was made of glass with creepy views. No breakfast and the bed clothes are not included in the price.

Review 50：Read the fine print before you stay here as you have to pay 5 euro more for bed sheets (linen). Putting this info in the fine print is a bit deceptive. If you are going to obligate people to pay more be open about it and include it in the price. Also the staff were quite cold.
Review 51：Nothing. I found it to be duplicitous that there is a "hidden" fee for linen and you can't use your own sleeping bag (info buried in the fine print). There weren't enough showers. The luggage storage felt insecure and you get charged after 7pm on the day of departure. The only nice thing was the spacious kitchen.

Review 71：The bunk bed is a little bit annoyed as one person moved, the other would feel it apparently. If the curtain in shower room can be replaced to the heavier one, it would be much better as the curtain will touch the body when taking shower.
Review 72：Location is good, pretty close to the central station. Equipment in kitchen is enough for guests to use. Locker is free for guests to use which is awesome !!!! Shower room is separate based on gender which is good and also with enough space in a single shower room.
Review 73：- very dirty and small rooms that looked like a prison cells. No windows - the toilets were very dirty - the linens were with hair and you have ro pay extra for them. They smell terrible - the whole appeal was terrible - maybe it's ok for one night stay but not longer. - the wifi was good only were the reception was. In the room I had,it was very difficult to connect. I had to go in the coridore near the reception. In total, very bad experience.

Review 75：On Sunday night residents were making noise,partying till 12am and the guard / the hostel had no control over them. THIS IS REALLY REALLY BAD. Kitchen was open till 11pm.BAD RULES MUST BE ENFORCED STRICTLY. Bedsheet & towel price must be included in rent to avoid arguments at the reception. Showers must have doors not just curtains because its 4showers in the same bathroom.

Review 84：Random people entering the building and sleeping in the lounge sofa or common kitchen area during the night when the reception is closed. Definitely leaves space to improvement of security measures. We were not even asked to show ID cards (they say its not needed when you are verified with booking). The twin rooms have no windows (and the two rooms which do have windows you cannot open the window). There was a bad smell in the room. One of the worst hostels I have been to.

Review 89：Gheorghe whole hostel experience of meeting people was not present since I was put in room with people (all) of the same nationality. By the third night, even though half of the beds were officially unoccupied, there were people sleeping there (friends of the ones that had a bed) which made the whole experience unsecured. Wanted to report it to the front desk but every time I went down there there wasn't anyone at the reception (saw more of the "Be back in 5" sign than of the actual staff). Left two nights earlier because I didn't feel secure (and of course I wasn't reimbursed).

At night, there were a few occasion where some one tried to enter our room while we slept, thank goodness we (my bunk mates) locked it before bed. I was awake and heard the door handle jiggle. It's always packed and so it gets quite messy in common areas. Expect to pay extras and carry cash with you for the deposit of room key, etc.

Review 109：The bathrooms and public spaces could have been much clean especially when traveling with kids its a challenge to let the go to the bathroom or public spaces alone cause of the pee on the floor/toilet seats,dust etc.Private rooms should at least have AC cause rooms were dry..hard to breath.TVs did not work OMG this is a disaster!!!

How can she smile to people who waited for long time for no reason? She should have apologize or explain why we have to wait for you But more horrible thing was when I check-out I went to reception at 10 am But reception Was closed and I just found the paper "I'll be back in 10 minutes" again.....:( I waited for 20 minutes but she didn't come back I had to give up to meet her Because I never wanted to get airport late If I went to reception too earlier or late time then I could understand but It was 10 am and check-out time is before 11 am It was very impolite and disrespectful for travelers Time is very important for travelers And if you make a promise you should keep, don't think that it's okay I left a message + They ask for 100kr deposit but I couldn't get the deposit back + before I booked this hostel I saw several comments of like my bad experience it means they didn't change for long time They should more care about guests Don't make guests feel bad anymore
Review 142：Good location: It's very Close to station, supermarket, restaurants, cafe Bed: it was cozy bed than I expected even the person who sleep second floor when she move and it makes sound though
Review 143：No locks in showers, in my room we couldn't open window and that's not really nice with 6 ppl sleeping. No sleeping bags allowed, you need own bed linens or you can rent on arrival. Also it's big hostel so it may be a bit crowded. Be prepared that also some older people are staying there, we met a 75 years old man ;)
Review 144：Location! It's close to center, short walk to Gamla Stan, shops and restaurants nearby. Affordable place, I will stay there again for sure. I spent only one night there, but it was ok. I've booked 14-bed mixed bedroom but on arrival lady in reception told us that I will sleep in 6-bed mixed dorm for the same price, nice surprise! Kitchen is ok with stoves, microwave, some sinks and dishwasher. It's big enought for 4-5 cooking at the same time and clean. Lot's of crockery and cuttlery, pans and other stuff you need in the kitchen. About 5 min from hostel there are grocery shops Lidl and Coop with variety of food.
