Review 1：A surly member of staff in the bar. Having to pay 2 euros for use of the pool table. Breakfast prices were out of my league. Two sachets of coffee in the double room per day is tight.
Review 2：Easy walk into town, not too far from railway station either. Plenty of parking. Bar was reasonably priced, but one of the bar staff was a surly individual.
Review 3：Bar closed too early. The light in the restaurant was far too bright, which effected the atmosphere.
Review 4：Great location, delicious vegan meal made especially for us, nice room with coffee maker and minibar, all very modern, nice!
Review 5：The swimming pool closes at 8:15pm, so no swimming after dinner. The dog couldn't come into the restaurant, but we found good restaurants nearby with better prices.

Review 13：we have 2 children (16 and 14) and the room was very small for a family room. we went on a vacantion about 5 years ago and we had a family room with 2 sepate rooms and 2 bathrooms. That would have been better now the children are older.

The staff is always cheerful and attentive, the room was large and very comfortable, the spa area was well managed and roomy, and the wifi was easy to log into and didn't require a lot of steps to reconnect. The restaurant menu was delicious with something for everybody. And the breakfast also covered all the possible delights.
Review 20：The room was very dated and the carpet wasn't the cleanest. Air conditioning was just ok (could've been much better) and we couldn't get any wi-fi during our stay. Staff apologized and explained the problem.

Review 45：The staff would need a lesson in hospitality. They need to understand that it is the customer that is paying there wages. The staff seem to be de dictating how the Hotel is been run and not the manager.

Review 47：I found it strange to be asked for a €5 supplement for the night of Saturday when I was already in the room on Friday so that there was no extra towel, linen change by staying on the Saturday. A charge not warranted and left a bad image of the hotel.

Review 49：They claimed to "welcome" English speaking visitors. In fairness most of the staff spoke at least a little English, but all the menus / signage was in French and German only. Only 1 comfortable chair in a double room. Difficult to find from railway station. Restaurant expensive. Only one computer available for guest use and no chair - so you have to stand the whole time.
