Review 1：Ran out of green tea bags. Late in season meant the hotels restaurant was closed

Review 5：Being woken up by a fire alarm at 2:30am. We eventually evacuated the premises once we realised nobody was going to come and tells us what to do and stood outside in our pjs for over an hour without any information from staff or management. Eventually the fire brigade arrived, checked the building and reassured us it was now safe to go back in, just shy of 4am. Eventually we were offered a cup of coffee by staff but by then we just wanted to get back to bed. We still has to pay for breakfast the following day and weren't offered any sort of apology by the management. We realise the issue couldn't be helped and were thankful the alarm worked so well but overall were disappointed with management's handling of the situation.

Review 13：The half board offer made the holiday- surprisingly sophisticated chef. Decent jacuzzi and sauna spa. Excellent location in the center of town, just a 10 min walk or short bus ride from the gondala/telecabin.
Review 14：The bed room is small (12 feet by 12 feet) which leaves very little space although we were told it was 18m I guess that includes the bath room and balcony! The décor is old and tired ,the room is very hot and on the main street traffic goes most of the night, you can hear next door using the facilities !.The menu is restricted with only two choices on the table d'hote ,which at 39 euros is extremely expensive. The pool is very small and frequented by children so a no go area for a relaxing swim ,the sauna wasn't working and the Jacuzzi was also small , health and safety would have a field day at this hotel. Best western or worst western ? time for a refurbish a very tired expensive hotel there are much better in the resort for 20% less and with less expensive meals .
