Review 1：It's not a hotel. There's no daily cleaning service Supplies don't get replaced. It's 25 min walking distance from downtown, i.e. the old town of Aix en Provence. Make sure you check-in during the stated check-in times.
Review 2：It's cheaper than other hotel options in the area.
Review 3：First floor apartment meant no security without shutters down,which made it too dark and dingy. Staff looked hassled.Needed more than one washing machine and dryer. Did not like separate toilet as too far from bathroom.

Review 10：There were not enough towels and they did not automatically deliver new towels. New sheets were dropped off once but we used them as towels in the end. This is a self serve hotel on the wrong side of town.

Review 26：The staff - receptionists, was very unfriendly, unhelpful and even a little bit rude. That is the main reason I will not visit again this hotel. They refused to help us order a dinner as well as they tried not to give us cheese and ham at the breakfast even though we had paid for them.

Review 34：This really is not the hotel's fault, but to anyone who wants to spend some days in Aix, I suggest a hotel closer to the centre, there is a lot of them! more variety for breakfast would be nice too.

Review 38：I like the room with good kitchen facilities. The hotel is close to Aix-en-provence city center and easy to get to Marseille if you have a car. They have underground parking lot. There's a big supermarket nearby.

Review 43：The 'fortress' style with keypad access at all times and shutters in front of the reception area when closed are not very welcoming. While the public areas inside the building are clean, areas outside the entrance are not cleaned very often. The building and rooms are quite dark inside with small windows. Our bathtub leaked which flooded the bathroom, toilet and half of our room. The hotel is too far from the city centre to properly explore Aix and requires crossing an unpleasant area of the city, especially at night.
Review 44：This hotel is suitable for people passing trough or for people doing seasonal work in the area. Parking is ok even though another resident damaged our car. Kitchen facilities were good. Breakfast was simple but fine.
Review 45：I made a trip around Europe. Stayed in 18 hotels during a month and a half traveling for several countries and this was by far the worst hotel I slept in. The accomodations were old, not very clean, expensive breakfast for what you get and the staff were the most unpolite people I've met in Europe. Rude and unhelpfull. Just as an example, one afternoon we wanted to go to the city and a girl from the hotel was blocking the exit with her car. When we ask in the reception about the car they said they didn't know (lying) after 5 minutes the woman that was tiding the breakfast walked outside. When I ask her to move her car she refused and told us to wait 10 minutes arguing she was busy. I was with 6 more people. We all had to wait untill she feels the need to move her car. Unbelievable for european standards but true. We won't come back to this hotel!
Review 46：The position is too far out of town if you are not driving. When buses are running its OK because they are very punctual, however a very disappointing issue is that buses stop fairly early in summer especially on Sundays when the last bus you can catch from the centre to the hotel is at 5.30pm otherwise you have to take a taxi or a fairly long walk!! not good in the heat of summer.
