Review 1：They shut the main door by 8pm so make sure you are on time!!!! Also limited option on dining in the area if you arrive late however it was a very comfortable stay.

Review 2：When booking it offered evening meals and reviews said they were good. Actually no meals offered but good restaurants a short walk so no problem.

Review 6：The shard ski and boot room is cramped and the boot drying ineffective - if you have your own boot driers, just take your inner boots up to your room!

Review 7：We were here to ski and the hotel is well placed for the Grand Bornand access lifts (150m). There is also ski storage available. Parking place outside the hotel is kept for guests. The bus round to La Cluzaz starts 125m away so no problems with volume of users ( we were there in a busy week. There are several restaurants nearby for evening meals and more if you are prepared to walk a few hundred metres into the centre of town.

Review 8：Shower very small with potentially dangerous lever tap and slippery floor, although you would not fall very far! Breakfast coffee from the d.i.y. machine tasted like instant coffee.

Review 17：Being picky - the coffee at breakfast was not nice and the pool is a biton the small side. However, this was made up for by the presence of botha hot tub and a jacuzzi.

Review 18：Excellent location - covenient for both the cable car and the villagecentre. Extremey friendly and helpful management and staff. Recentlyrefurbed so had a new feel to it. Ski hire shop located below the hotelwhich offered discounts for hotel residents.
