Review 1：Parking is a problem. It was out of season when we stayed, so I am sure it will be even worse in the Summer. There is a Pay and Display car park very close but only free overnight from 6pm until 8 am and Wardens very on the ball. Unfortunately I received a parking ticket for "not parking within an allocated parking bay"!
Review 2：A very pleasant B & B with lots of character features. Very comfortable and clean. Happy to accommodate an early booking into our room.
Review 3：Wifi was awful though was told that this will be rectified very soon. Parking is tight and wise to grab a spot and leave your car there for the duration of your trip

Review 5：Unfortunately the room was cold, even with the radiators on. We couldn't get warm when getting ready to go out. The heating was on all night but it was still a cold room.

Review 7：Recommend staying here, the owners were amazing !! They helped sort everything out before we got there, suggesting where to eat n things to do as we were a large party. Everyone said they loved the rooms and the owners made us all feel welcome . Richmond is lovely and perfect for a weekend away lots to see and do. We all can't wait to go again and will defiantly be staying at the old brewery as the owners are brilliant at making your stay perfect !!!
Review 8：A warm welcome followed by a fabulous room at the back of the b&b. Breakfast had a great selection and top quality of our orders. Would definitely recommend!
Review 9：The owners were very welcoming and friendly. The made me breakfast at 7 as 7.30 was too late for me. They gave me a room with a little vestibule to give me more room for my dogs. They printed me a map of where to walk my dogs. Couldn't have been any better. Room was very comfortable.

Review 15：Lovely welcome, nice room in a lovely location. Breakfast was varied, plentiful and well cooked. Was at the bottom of a hill but this is something to take in to account rather than a problem. I would stay her again without hesitation. Only negative is the step into the bathroom, could be dangerous in the night but I am sure the new owners will look into getting this made safer.
