Review 1：Our bathroom was a bit dated (shower above bath but no curtain so always a challenge to keep the rest of the bathroom dry) but I understand it's all going to be refurbished soon - sure it will be a realy nice place then.
Review 2：Great location, right at the bottom of the lifts and by a ski hire place; friendly and helpful staff; nice bar and communal area with warm fire; reasonable spread at breakfast; free parking and WiFi.
Review 3：The location is wonderful for skiers, we walked the 30metres to the Ticket Bureau in our slippers to buy ski tickets, then came back to get our ski gear before heading up the hill for the day! The hotel is small, very well run and very comfortable. arion and Franck are excellent hosts. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
Review 4：The baths are on the small side but everything else was so fantastic it didn't matter!
Review 5：Ski hire, ticket office and telecabine up the mountain are all pretty much on the doorstep which is amazing and a rarity. The hotel has excellent food but should you wish to explore other places, it's only a lovely 5min walk into the centre of La Grand Bornand. Also Franck and Marion could not have been more helpful and welcoming. A great place to stay!
Review 6：When we booked we asked for a room with balcony and this was confirmed before arrival. On booking in we were informed that no balcony was available. This_was a disappointment especially as it had definitely beenagreed. Staff did offer an alternatve space to sit outbut itwas not much compensation for balcony not being private. This feels to us as other people being given priority and a lack of consideration.

Review 18：Very warm welcome on arrival and very professional staff. Comfortable bed, and very quiet room - only the sound of the brook outside. 30 seconds from the hotel, and you are on the gondola going up the mountain. Excellent value for money.
