Review 1：Breakfast was basic, diner at the restaurant was average and rooms were a bit old. Bed was not very comfortable. A bit expensive for a hotel outside the city center.

Review 5：They ran out of sirloin as the only beef dish the first day. We got the food with half an hour between the food for myself and my wife. Not acceptable in a place that calls itself a four star establishment. The second day we had to find a Brasserie close by (which was very good). In order to get a steak!!!

Review 6：There was a smell from the toilet during all the 24h stay we had. The furniture looks old. Internet has a login system which breaks every 10' if you are not active, you have to login each time using a very complex set of letter as the login and password generated for you

Review 7：Great advantage is in its location. Close to Aix; if you wish to have a coffee outside, there's a nice French village 5' from the hotel. Parking for free. The bathroom is clean and updated. The swimming pool area is great, big enough and has the towels to borrow

Review 10：This hotel is located in a business area of the city. The first room we were given did not have working A/C and the bathroom was dirty. However, when we mentioned this to reception they moved us into a different room which was much nicer.

Review 19：The location was a bit hard to find for the first time. We had to travel a few miles to the Carrafour - the grocery and mall complex - and the village of Les Milles. WiFi was a bit confusing, but it worked.

Review 20：The restaurant and the pool were excellent. Dinners were delicious French cuisine. Breakfast had many options and tres bon! The staff spoke English and French and were helpful with directions. This hotel is in the countryside and next to a golf course. The golf club happened to be hosting a tournament so the gentlemen in our group did not get to golf. The course looked good however. The one thing we missed was a coffee maker in our room. You had to order room service if you wanted coffee first thing in the morning. We found the nearby village of Les Milles to be a good French experience.

Review 23：As they had a party in the restaurant I was not allowed to eat there?! Roomservice was then added to the bill although I had no option as there is no restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Review 25：I was entertaining clients in the hotel restaurant. We ordered a meal from the set menu. When we went ot order desert at the end of the meal (set meal was starters, main course and desert) at 10.05pm we were told that the the kitchen closes at 10.00pm. I was very disappointed that we were not informed in advance of chef stopping work and been given the opportunity to order desert.
