Review 1：A little damp...but I think that's just a thing in that area, especially in the cooler months. It's a studio rather than a 1 bed apartment, which is how I imagen from the photo's.
Review 2：We're met by a wonderful lady, who made our stay...always so friendly and helpful...supplying blankets and directions when needed. Close to the beach and easy bus service.
Review 3：I am one to normally only book 5 star hotels and was a little hesitant to stay at a 1 star apartments but I must say it's been one of the most cosy places I have stayed..It had such a great feeling and atmosphere to it. I highly recommend this lovely hotel apartment and I will be making my next booking to head back in 3 weeks time.
Review 4：Lo único que no me gusta es las dos camas twin juntas, muy incomodo para una pareja! La ducha salía agua fuera, pero estaban al tanto y estaban arreglándolo en todo el hotel!

Review 10：Very nice place, especially top rooms with views on a sea. There is a minimarket in 1 minute walk and few restraunts. South beaches of the island are quite better that northern: less people, clean water.

Rooms were new and clean (with a bit of sand on the floor - but that's I guess is unavoidable when you are so close to the sea and sandy beaches) In general this is a perfect place for a short or long term stay in Formentera - will definately come back here
Review 12：the apartment is not clean well, the kitchen was almost dirty. I slept in the apartment n.7 and it was really noise, we could listen the voices of the neighbours. In the reception is impossible to find the guy, he speaks english very bad and also the housekeeper doesn't speak english. They aren't polite and present in the structure. Internet doesn't work in the apartment n.7. I asked for a discount because i couldn't use internet and they didn't give me. In the end i will not come again in this apartment.

Review 15：We definitely liked the stuff. The guy was really friendly and helpful. The apartment was very nice and clean, and it is much better than it looks in the photos! If we are back in the island, we will definitely stay here again. The location is at the beach but at the same time you have the feeling to be in the countryside. Very quiet and relaxing and very comfortable bed.
