Review 1：The only thing was pool not available for children. What a pity!

Review 4：Very pleasant & quiet hotel, large rooms, good choice at breakfast. Restaurant service was a little bit slow (only one guy trying to do everything & run off his feet) but he did well & food was excellent. Just a few Km outside Zell am See & perfect location for the Ironman.

Review 5：The sauna area is not very big and not really luxus. Of course, the pricing was very high due to holiday seasonand the world cup event of downhill in Saalbach.

Review 24：The service was poor. We waited for ages at the restaurant to be served, while others who came in were served straight away. Im not sure if it was because we didnt speak German or what, but the staff were definitely less friendly towards us than others who were staying there. We went at the start af january, so it was pretty expensive. I definitely expected better for the money we paid. Wouldnt recommend.

Review 25：The room was very nice and the location was ok. Quite convenient to go to either salbach or zell am see.

Review 26：Personnel in restaurant was terrible, they don’t care whether you want drink, order or something else. Except one young lady at reception desk (which was helpful and nice as all of them should be!) they don’t speak English and they are also rude and their behavior is not nice especially to people from abroad. No instructions on arrival where and when breakfast is server, where is pool, room for ski etc. just key and “get out” in eyes of older man at reception desk. I have never seen so bad “4” hotel as I’m used to travel around world due to my work. So definitely it’s not a 4 star INTERNATIONAL hotel, it could be local 2 stars. It’s overpriced and it’s not worthy to use this accommodation. If you can chose another hotel do it. I will never come back.

Review 27：Location is quite unique (just in case you are there with car!!! without its on main road and its far from village center, you don’t even know there is some village unless you accidentally go there from this place) as it is between Kaprun, Zell am see and Saalbach, however there are other hotels and if you stay in village it’s much better.

Review 30：one thing happend to me which changed all my felling about this hotel is i have booked for 4 night and i only stayed for 2 but the charged me for 4 night i did not like this hotel because of this how could you charge for nights and you don't sleep i will not stay ever in this hotel . I have traveled all over the world and i always change me booking after i stay but this hotel i don't know what to say..

Review 31：The reception were very friendly and i have liked the way they help you if you need anything the breakfast was marvelous and also delicious

Review 32：The hotel is located next to a main road (quite noisy); 5 Km till Zellam See and 15 Km till Saalbach. The landscape is not so nice and thebreakfast is the same each morning and even so, it is rarely refilled(ham+cheese, bacon+eggs, fruit salad and sweets). The coffee milk andbread were missing one day (of 5) and each morning we had to ask for thefork and the knife.

Review 34：The inconsistency of the staff service. The young lady at reception was great. She was friendly and helpful so we could not ask for more. However the gent in the restaurant needs training. Totally unprofessional and at times completely incompetent. One evening we waited at least 30 minutes to even order a drink and when we complained he ignored us even more. One meal was not as ordered and he tried to persuade my guest to change their order to the incorrect meal as served????

Review 35：The location and spacious room. The food in the restaurant was good for a number of meals however terrible one evening when all meals served were not good at all with what seemed to be re-heated potatoes and vegetable and certainly not fresh.
