Reviews for Les Terrasses du Bailli
Review 1:on arrival we were told the rate included breakfast, however, what they meant was that the hotel had added the cost of breakfast to the rate we had originally booked. A bad start which meant we found ourselves checking every charge which had an impact on the whole visit
Review 2:close to the sea comfort and cleanliness staff helpfulness
Review 3:We had a spacious ground floor room, with large terrace & lovely view. Very good breakfast, which we ate on the lovely hotel terrace. Quiet location, but very close to 2 beautiful small beaches.
Review 4:Parking in the car park could be very tight, especially if you had a large car.
Review 5:Nice staff nothing was to much trouble. Level of comfort and fittings in room and bathroom very good.
Review 6:Sometimes the wifi was erratic and you had to keep re-logging in.
Review 7:Beautifully positioned, great helpful staff, lovely pool, clean rooms with a super comfortable bed. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.
Review 8:rather expensive but it is " the cote d'azur "
Review 9:Accueil very good nice and quiet hotel more oldery people visiting this hotel? Very nice vue on the seaside Restaurants of the Hotel are good but rather expensive I would prefer " la praye " michelinstar resto ! Very good plage no far away from the hotel ! I recommnet to visit th garden mediteranne of Rayol en le jardin marin !!
Review 10:The food was good but the lunch and dinner menu was very limited and did not change during our stay of nearly two weeks.
Review 11:The room with its wonderful view, the pool, secure parking, the peace and quiet of the area and the helpful staff.
Review 12:nothing at all
Review 13:we took the terrace room and it was perfect, room is very nice, with perfect sea view, hotel is very well designed and rooms are spacious, there are two beaches just a couple of minutes walk, one private and the other is public, but even the public was not crowded , location is nice to explore the area, staff was very helpful to assist in dinning booking and tell us about what to do and where to go
Review 14:The price of the extra bed for my 4 year old daughter in the roomm and the food. Only salads and quichs on the menu and the vegetables had no taste.
Review 15:The spot and the view and the easy access to the beach. Incredible but we managed to swim in mid october
Review 16:Though I would rate this facility as one of the best we have stayed in anywhere, the management might consider two comfortable chairs (upholstered with armrests) in the rooms as we spent some time there during the rainy periods. Also, the coffee "cups" were mugs that looked insulated but were not. These cups are not good to hold onto with hot coffee. They should be changed to cups with handles or should be insulated.
Review 17:Very proficient staff - professional in all they did for us. Beautiful surrounds and immaculate property. We really enjoyed our stay here and enjoyed the visit for 5 nights. There is a beautiful beach down below, as well as pleasant outdoor seating areas, fine breakfast eating areas - both inside and out. Staff also speak English which helped us out from time to time.
Review 18:nothing
Review 19:The main reason why we actually stayed there was because of the good reviews of the service and helpful staff. Glad we did! Imagine this: at the bar/restaurant above the pool I asked the attendant for something I wanted to buy. She apologized profusely saying that they will probably get it in the next day, and then she went to the back and brought me one of her own. Nice people! That aside, the place is wonderfully equipped, designed, and located. Spectacular views of the Cote d’Azur! Walk through a picturesque park a few minutes downhill to a beautiful public beach, a few minutes uphill to restaurants and simple shopping.
Review 20:Only small thing is carrying luggage up stairs to room--however theclimb was worth the view!!!
Review 21:The room was lovely--fabulous ocean view.very nice balcony.bathroom veryvery modern and bright.breakfast was always delicious and fabulous. Itwas short walk down steps through park like setting to beach. Staffesp.nathalie, michael and carolyn(?not correct french spelling)were veryhelpful and attentive--it was my friend's birthday and with just alittle indication of this a lovely package of 2 gorgeous spa productswas waiting for her in our room after we got back from breakfast---veryclassy!!they made excellent recommendation for another lovely beach andan absolutely fantastic birthday dinner restaurant with tasting 7 coursemenu--the name I won't mention because the secret should be kept ofsuch a wonderful place!!i would go back in a heartbeat.
Review 22:Noise from other rooms. Shower time works that shut water off! Ground floor room had very limited sea view.

Review 38:The bed is very hard.
Review 39:Excellent breakfast. Nice vieuw. Very good bathroom.

Review 41:The room. The view.the Staff
Review 42:The rooms are comfortable and the personal very attent.
Review 43:Location was beautiful. Rooms were large and clean. Wifi was very poor, but it's such a lovely spot that you shouldn't be on the internet anyway!
Review 44:Nothing - I think this place is a hidden gem and I would definitely come back!
Review 45:The location is the best of the best. The south of France can be a nightmare, very overbuilt, over populated and sickeningly touristy. But the location of this place was perfect - very calm and green on a quiet street, with a very small high street just a few minutes up the road. No trashy tourist shops, just a supermarket, a bakery, a pharmacy, a bistro and a very posh swimsuit shop. Loved it. The bistro on the main road is absolutely amazing - we kept going back every night! The rooms very very clean, looked very new, fresh and modern. Wifi is everywhere, even at the sister hotel on the beach.
Review 46:For my taste, a bit on the corporate modern side in terms of décor, and sited in a rather placeless scatter of very private mansions.
Review 47:It's smart, well-kept and efficient. Lovely views. Great service, fabulous breakfast buffet!
Review 48:Nothing to fault really
Review 49:Our room was on top floor spacious, spotlessly clean amazing sea views. Beautiful property, serene surroundings.Great pool and very kind and accommodating staff.
Review 50:Lovely location. Good size room and terrace. Walking distance to small beach, gardens and the option of fine dining at sister hotel or bar/ bistro in village.
Review 51:Wifi connection could be more stable, had to register several times per day.
Review 52:Modern design hotel, clean, good breakfast, nice and helpful service and sea view. More than we expected.
Review 53:Nothing.
Review 54:Lovely small hotel, five minutes walk from the beach and surrounded by picturesque countryside. Bright, airy rooms, all with their own balcony.
Review 55:the seaside place is quiet and good to go for a not very loud or busy swim or sunbath in/by the Mediterranean. The staff is really nice and caring. The room was comfortable and modern, and we like the breakfast very much as well. Would recommend to friends and family.
Review 56:We arrived there by private yacht and so didn't have a car. Taxis were impossible to find for a sensible price and the hotel were unable to help collect us from 5 miles away. We had to wait 90 minutes for a local bus and walk the last 500 metres with luggage!
Review 57:The style and location coupled with the freedom to use all the facilities of the even more glamorous sister hotel on the beach nearby
Review 58:I was delighted with the location, space and privacy the hotel provided. It is quiet, very tastefully decorated with beautifully manicured Mediterranean garden. I enjoyed my holiday immensely and would go again.
Review 59:We found the location very nice surronded by rich vegetation, flowers and trees. The stff was very efficient ,frinedly and professional. Nice beach just a short walk from det hotel and both the pool area and breakfast terrasse were very pleasant and relaxing.
Review 60:The resort is a sloping cove that requires a lot of steps either down to the beach or up to the shops and restaurant . The hotel itself has little to fault it but the location whilst beautiful lacks choice and facilities
Review 61:Modern , clean and well equiped . Staff that were happy to help or if desired leave you alone . Good size balcony on first floor room with excellent view .
Review 62:Excellent room and en-suite wet room in fantastic condition. With the benefit of our own terrace, we had room to enjoy an evening with 2 friends. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Would stay there again!
Review 63:A welcome drink was missing the light in the bathroom could be betterthe debit of my account 2 months before arrival(eur 260)
Review 64:The sea vieuw the tterrase the breakfeast
Review 65:A beautiful place in beautiful surroundings! We got a room on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the sea... spectacular view! The room was big and comfortably furnished, so was the balcony (two deck-chairs, a table with two chairs). There is a swimming pool and a beach near by (7 min walk). It's best to arrive by car as the hotel is a bit away from the main road. You can park your car at the hotel parking (free of charge) or in the garage (at additional fee), or just on streets near by (free of charge). There are a few nice restaurants within a walking distance, or you can drive to Cavalaire-sur-Mer, another beautiful place in the Bay of Saint-Tropez. Highly recommended!
