Review 1：I understand their philosophy of not having wifi in the bedrooms but there is an expectation that it should be provided.

Review 2：A very comfortable hotel with superb views from most of the rooms. The owner/manager, Martin, takes the time every morning to talk to each guest. He is very personable and attentive and an asset to the hotel. I managed to book the hotel when there was a price promotion. As part of the stay a leisure pass was included giving free access to cable cars and buses etc. which made the visit excellent value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if I'm in the area.

Review 3：Everything was perfect. The fact that the owner stayed late to ensure that I get to check in, the fact that his father picked me up from the Landeck Zums station - for only 40 euro. The tea was provided to make me feel warm and welcome, the free wifi was provided instantly into the room, even thought its not a standard to have it in the room. The entire service was just perfect. Accomodated all of the needs and even my friends needs to book a room for the next week. The rooms are large and beds are extremely comfortable, also the views on the mountains are breathtaking. The ski pass was already bought for me ahead of time to save time in the morning. The breakfast was perfect and bio, even the honeycomb was provided, reminded of my chilhood. Review 4：The owner of the hotel was like the most helpful guy in the whole Austria. Our room was relativily large, had a beautiful view directly to the alps and an awesome bed. Breakfast was also very diverse and tasty. Would definately stay there again!

Review 7：Our best alpine hotel experience ever! The owner and his staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful at all times. The room had a fabulous view from the balcony, a great bed and shower. The wellness centre was perfect and not crowded. Most of the food was organic and home cooked, including the schnapps. Overall it was an experience that we will very likely want to repeat.

Review 10：the location, fiss is a great place to visit. we were given a free pass to go up the mountain, this made our trip very special. the spa was quiet. the place was tastefully designed, the breakfast was fantastic. i loved our stay at this hotel. a big thank you to the owners and staff.
