Review 1：The treatment from the reception is really not good. Also, I had a problem in the check out. There is a big board saying that the breakfast is included but you REALLY should ask if it is included. Mine was not, and I misundertood it was. I had a very bad surprise on the check out. I had to pay much more then if I was in a much better hotel. Also I was with my dog, and they ask me not to leave the dog in the room. It is not normal to ask this, once not all places accept dogs, as some restaurants.

Review 3：Unfriendly staff who could not always understand English. Restaurant was supposed to be open the time we got there but they did not serve us any meal.

Review 5：It was nothing like it looked or appeared to be. What frustrated me more was the dire location which we were forced to walk around as the hotel restaurant and bar was so poor only to find everywhere else to eat was either shut or of equally poor quality to the hotel.

Review 11：No air con and no fans - it was exceptionally hot. The only place with air con was reception and that was closed at 5pm on Sunday, so nowhere to sit. Couldn't use pool either as doors were all locked. Needs updating. Frontage not inviting. Carparking not safe because of coaches entering and no definition for parking.

Review 21：I'm glad we had the Lat & Long data for the hotel so we could input this into our Sat Nav. Without this it could have been difficult to find when tired after a long day's drive. That said, at least we weren't in the middle of a noisy industrial estate like many French hotels.
Review 22：Comfortable. Clean room. Friendly Staff. Best of all were the reasonably priced buffet options for dinner. The Plats Chaud were good rustic French cooking. (The Coq au Vin was excellent) The carafe red wine was thoroughly drinkable, unlike some restaurant's carafe offerings. I went back up to the buffet more than once!!!!

Review 51：The rooms are old furnished, the insulation is poor and you can hear thetraffic, the room next door or the cleaning ladies speaking in thecorridor. Cleaning ladies open your doors without knocking and stoptheir services at 11 so reception tries to chase you out of your roombeforehand.
