Reviews for Les Alpages De Val Cenis by Resid&co

Review 1:WiFi poor in rooms, better in reception area which sadly is usually quite crowded. 500EUR deposit was requested however was not mentioned in conditions at the time of booking.

Review 2:Proximity to slope/lifts, really warm room, bath and comfy bed. Free roofed car park is a bonus however bit of a walk from chalet. Swimming pool.

Review 3:Great boulangerie for breakfast, but had to walk 1km for reasonable value restaurant. Apartment a touch too small for staying in all evening (3 children). We wouldn't rush to check in next time as very slow queue and then room not ready

Review 4:All very relaxed. Staff friendly. Great location - 100m to the first chair lift. We had a very sunny veranda. Quiet resort. Kids enjoyed the sledging. Adequate kitchen. Very warm at night. Good shower plus a bath too. Beds/duvet/pillows all very good. Good ski lockers.

Review 5:Wifi only at the reception, no facilities to dry boots, spa overcrowded

Review 6:Good value for the money, clean, flexible book in and out times, discounts at the rental shop

Review 7:Internet only in common areas. Wellness facilities a bit too crowded (with children running around the sauna area after 6pm, despite regulations). Still, on the overall a very pleasant stay :)

Review 8:Great location close to Pre Novel chairlift, comfortable common areas, dry and steam saunas. Location between the two villages is not a disadvantage: both Lanslevillard and Lanslebourg are within walking distance, and there is a small grocery store, a bakery, a sports store, a restaurant, and even a skipass retailer right at hand. Do not expect being pampered by luxury, however, for a skier accomodation Les Alpages is a highly recommandable place to stay.

Review 9:It's very clean appartment, very comfortable to spent holidays with family

Review 10:Appartment had the heating only in one room and not in 2 bedrooms. Mornings were quite chilly. SPA-area was quite small and overcrowded in the evenings. Wifi is only available near reception.

Review 11:Location was good, very close to ski school. Rooms were confortably large. Availability of swimming pool (although outside) and jacuzzi was an advantage.

Review 12:Ski locker is very small and has no ficilities for drying ski/shnowboard boots. Apartment is pretty small and cramped for 4 people, there is not enough room for placing your goods, and, especially - to dry your ski clothes. (Though it's very typical for France).

Review 13:Good location (though be prepared to see quite a long line around the only available lift at 9 in the morning), sauna and hamam is indoor and free.

Review 14:I can't think of anything.

Review 15:Very close to the slopes, lifts and ski school. Car free. Friendly staff everywhere. Nearly ski to the door. Although self catering hotel could have pizza, posh takeaway and breakfast items delivered to reception for collection. 15 min walk to neighbouring towns.

Review 16:The only thing I did not like was the water pressure in the shower. It was ok, but I would like more water pressure and better temperature control.

Review 17:Closeness to the chairlift and slopes; closeness of facilities such as a mini supermarket, restaurant sports shop. Efficiency of the staff. Level of service. Rooms were quiet even on the front side of the main building.

Review 18:Apartment for 4 to 6 people; very small rooms, especially the living room, very uncomfortable beds that need to be updated! You could also easily hear the neighbours talking. Catering service through the reception worked well but the food was terrible. Outdoor pool could have been warmer.

Review 19:Ski-in ski-out was great, spa/sauna area was nice although small and often crowded,

Review 20:location staff prices

Review 21:bar shut given up on providing a focal point

Review 22:Nothing

Review 23:Proximity to slopes, accomadation
