Review 1：Great duplex apartment, 4 terraces, really quiet place where you can catch relax and catch up with sleep, 10 min walk to the beach. It's fantastic!

Review 9：Duplex style with 2 balconies and 2 terraces all with furniture; spaciousness; only a 500m nice walk from midjorn beach and 2 km walk from Sant Ferran; 600m from 4*Gecko Beach Club Hotel and 2 good beach bars; Large private garden, very well equipped kitchenette/ diner /lounge. Its worth renting a car/bikes for one day but everything else is walkable.

Review 10：Eveerything else.In the middle of nowhere despite claims of 600 metres here and there, it was at least 40 minutes walk to beach, supermarket or bar/restaurant. Not that it was worth getting food in. No toaster, no hotplate, no pans - so even boiled eggs and toast were off the menu.Kitchenette was crummy. Sink was outside. Room was pokey.One half a toiletroll only provided.No water, no internet first day. No maid service. Take your own rubbish - no way!!!. Overpriced. Need a car.Cash upfront must be to prevent you leaving.Thorouughly disappointing experience.Would never return.

Review 12：The owner refused to give us a receipt for our cash payment. There is nofree wifi as advertised. The owner's excuse for this was "aboat between Ibiza and Formentera accidentally cut the internetcables"... She actually said that. The apartment is veryoverpriced. Having your own means of transport is essential as theapartment is quite out of the way. The cleaning staff came only once onthe day we left. They were very rude and instead of cleaning basicallyjust told us what we needed to clean. Amazingly, they handed us thetrash to take to the nearest town to dispose of it. At first I thoughtthey were joking, but they were serious. We had a scooter, so this meantthat I had to drive with one hand on the handlebars and one handcarrying the trash while my partner caught a taxi with the luggage. Atthe information counter at the port the staff said this is not theresponsibility of the guests but the owner and was shocked to hear aboutthe way we were treated. Far better value is obtainable elsewhere. Wewill never return to Can Tres.

Review 13：We were quite optimistic about this place, it looked good on the photos,but very disappointing and overpriced. Formentera is lovely.

Review 14：The wi-fi wasn't working during the one day that we stayed there. Also the place is not correctly showing on Google maps, which makes it difficult to find if with GPS techonology.

Review 15：This is a brand new establishment with spacious, well-equipped, clean, modern studios. The location is very good, very close to the Migjorn beach, and ideal for walking and biking. Carla, the owner, and her husband are very kind and nice people.
