Review 2：Very nice staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable beds, very central to visit the city. Very good value for money. Good restaurant as well.
Review 3：difficult location to find when arriving by car.Had to leave the car and walk to ask people. The hotel entrance is hidden in a corner. service in the bistro/cafe was slow. Had to wait a while to be served 'though there was only very few customers.View from room was service area of restaurant , not attractive.

Review 24：We stayed in the seperate building to the main hotel and we both loved the room and facilities - especially the shutters! Although the hotel is situated in the centre of town, inside our room it was very peaceful. Great hotel - would definitely stay with Best Western again!
Review 25：couldnt get within 300 mtrs to drop off luggage until 7pm due to raised barriers to pedestrian area pouring with rain I cant believe that the hotel cant ask for the barriers to be lowered to allow guests to drop off luggage and book in

Review 28：The staff was very helpful and they patiently listened our bad French and turned their language to English only if we didn´t understand. Almost every member of staff spoke fluent English.
Review 29：The was in two bulidings and we in the annexe. Neither building had a lounge are and the attached restaurant formed the bar. parking was slightly confusing. The bedrooms desparately needed air conditioning as in the evning if you opened the windows the noise from the air conditioning on the adjacent buildings was very noisey. In addition if the windows were open in the night mosquitoes decided the room was their home.

Very quiet bearing in mind city centrelocation. Top quality 3 course meal inclusive in half board package.Dressing gowns were a nice touch. Ample breakfast in nice surroundings.All the staff we met were extremely courteous and welcoming. Wouldhighly recommend this hotel to all.
