Review 1：The room we stayed in was very small, which wasn't a big problem, but I think we'd try to book a larger room next time. Breakfast costs 9 euros extra and doesn't start until 8am. We had to meet to go skiing at 8:20am so didn't feel we wanted to spend 9 euros when we wouldn't have time to eat much. If you had more time though, I think it would be good value. It is a shame that the bar shuts at night as we would have liked a drink before going to bed.

Review 2：The hotel was very cosy, in a traditional chalet style, but modern at the same time (it felt very new). The bed was really comfortable, and the bathroom fittings were off a high standard. The decor in the hotel is really lovely. We didn't use the spa, but sat in the lounge area at the back of the hotel, which was really nice. We would stay there again.

Review 3：I don't like drinking from plastic cups in the room. And it would have been nice if there were slippers in the room.

Review 5：In a stay of 5 nights were not changed the sheets and daily cleaning of the rooms was inefficient, receipt of the front desk attendants was cold and impersonal.

Review 29：A brilliant, clean, friendly hotel in a perfect location, with the ski bus stop directly opposite and ski hire downstairs. The spa was very relaxing after a day on the slopes and the view from the jacuzzi fabulous. A very enjoyable stay.... a very happy customer!

Review 31：The way we were received was cold and frigid.We have been in the SPA once. This was used for the children to play in place of a resting place after skiing. No hospitality and strictly metered service. This hotel gives no added value.

Review 38：Great little cosy hotel, very comfortable and clean. Loved the sauna, hammam and outdoors jacuzzi. Ski shuttle just outside the hotel and ski rental in the hotel made this a perfect alpine getaway.

Review 40：The room was like a mini chalet and so comfy and fresh - everything was new and well kept. Wood beams made for a very nice touch.

Review 41：Cleaning in the room was rather formal - just to do the bed & change towels, the bin was not emptied, the glasses not washed, dust not cleaned. Breakfast not worth the price (8 euro per person) - in the centre of the town there are plenty of cafes where you can have much better (and much cheaper) breakfast.

Review 42：Very cosy hotel, great spa (with mountain view :)), great location - 2 min walking to the centre of the town yet very quiet. Personnel is extremely helpful though not all of them speak English. As we were arriving late reception was closed yet clear instructions how to get in had been sent prior so it was not a problem. Plus some snacks & a bottle of champagne was arranged in the room (as we had requested in our comments while booking). Absolutely worth staying there!

Review 43：There was a weird smell, maybe out of humidity , in the bathroom. Would like to see more quality products for breakfast, like home-made marmelade and good quality coffee.

Review 44：The location was excellent and great views over the village and mountain. The room was very clean, with modern decoration, a bit small but we had few luggage so didn't mind. There is also a small but well equipped spa which you can use, an add-on while you are staying at the hotel.

Breakfast was in a modern bright room. Plenty on offer for a continental breakfast. Bathroom delightfully warm after a day skiing. Bus stop to cable cars right outside the front door. Ski hire from shop attached was just so handy. Parking spaces behind hotel and across the rd. Plenty of choice for eating out in the village. The village is so handy for days out to La Clusaz and Annecy
