Yes it is clean but one can see that the place has not been updated for quite a few years / a bit run down, or updated with little money. Still have to leave keys at the reception, car park is small and not protected (may as well park in the street). Can hear noise from other rooms.

Review 8：A comfortable hotel within easy walking distance to centre. The staff were very welcoming with maps and suggestions for restaurants, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel car park is located round the corner from the hotel a 2 minute walk no charge. Our host could not have been more helpful when we had a flat battery, he said not a problem and within minutes arrived in the car park I his car and pulled out jump leads to quote him "I am a magician". The breakfast was very nicely presented with fresh coffee or tea yoghurt, stewed apple and pastries and bread and jams. I would recommend this hotel our room was large overlooking the garden, comfortable king bed. Recommend Bistro du Port for a meal. Stayed August 18-20 2014.

Review 23：The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The hotel was ideally placed for amenities like restaurants and bars. 15 minute walk away from the live music venue (which is in the centre of the crappy part of town, unfortunately). Dedicated parking, which was easy to find.
