Review 1：No elevator. The hotel is dated.
Review 2：Free parking. If you owned a hotel you would hire the receptionist - really friendly and helpful man. The location is about 20-30 minute drive to Antibes and Cannes.

We did tour over south Europe and we thought thiswas the worst hotel during the trip, but few days later we ended up inmuch worse one, so it still can be worse. :)

Review 15：Room was ridiculous. Tight like a sock, washbasin right in the room, wc and shower in the bathroom (without washbasin). Shower means a small-and-not-so-clean curtain, bisecting the bathroom. Free space in the room barely enough to reveal a suitcase. And the bedspread on the bed looked as if it remembers the previous few dozen guests (without washing)... So I think at the cost this place is greatly overvalued, espacially without discount from booking.com
Review 16：Thу location is good, not far from Grasse and all its parfum factories, quiet and green place, but a lot of guests coming and going all the time, so quietness is ending about 7-8 am. Personal is good, there are swimming pool and restaurant in the hotel (not tested).
