Review 1：I was told, we can not book garage place on the net, only at the hotel. When we arrived (6 Pm) there was no place. The outside parking was some 200 meters away, no guard. To drive back was only an illegal way(50 m against the traffic on one way street.) The elevator did not work. The staircase was full with leafs. The sofa was dirty. Terrible busy traffic on afternoon and the morning. nothing to do near the hotel. It should have been 2+ stars, not 4.

Review 2：The bed. The kitchenette was equipped, but we did not need it. bathroom OK.

Review 3：Construction noise early in the morning (not hotel's fault) Kitchen was not adequately equipped or cleaned. Location good if have a car but nearest transport at least 1.5km away from hotel.

Review 4：We had a roomy and stylish studio apartment. Beds very comfortable, large bathroom and balcony. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Car parking available on street (free) or in the building (fee). Breakfast was good value in pleasant surrounds.

Review 5：The location was c15 mins to Vieux Port. The road itself felt a little rough but the gated house was immaculate and secure.

Review 7：I had asked for an early check-in,whcih was ignored. The desk peoplewere somewhat officious. We arrived about 2 and were told the roomwasn't ready, but would be at 3. By the time we parked and unloadedthe car, though, the room was ready.Since I had a problem with the rental car, I needed to use the phone. The room phone didn't work-my fault, they said. Finally, the maintenance man was sent up and he confirmed that the phone didn't work and the system was bad-he tried a new phone and that didn't work either. We paid for and were assigned a parking spot. The garage was huge and empty, but our slot contained 3 cars in a roughly 12 ft. by 20 ft. space. Wifi worked fine, but only for one device. In the middle of construction-bulldozers, etc. going by all day. This was a surprise. I would have thought Booking.com would have mentioned it.

Review 8：Hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location wasclose to the airport. Terrace was small but comfortable, although ithad no view.

Review 9：Cheap Appartments. Several areas in need of maintenance which feels like it isn't made. Lack of clealiness: - Common areas such as garage, hallways and stairs are filled with dirt, probably are never cleaned; - Appartment with sand on the floor and all walls dirty with finger and handprints. Still usable, but if the lack of maintenance continues it will be unusable in a year.

Review 10：Easy to Park. Easy to Find. Lots of space. Still look decent as they feelsomewhat newly built.

Review 11：The sofa was very dirty as well as the walls. The worst part is thateven if it is quite expensive to rent a room here, you have to clean thekitchen yourself and throw away the trash. They charge you for everylittle thing, like dishwasher tablets. The pool is very little and thearea around likewise. Besides it seemed like there were many localscoming and swiming there. It is also very noisy, teenegers had partiesduring the night. Also they started to cut the grass at 7 am.

Review 18：The apartment was very clean and in a good location even without a car. It was a short walk to a tramway stop where you could get to anywhere within Montpellier. The balcony had a lovely view and the apartment was spacious.

Review 19：Not well equipped kitchen: Four people but only 2 glasses, 3 bowls etc. Ridiculous rule to clean the kitchen (but nowhere else). You need to have a car to go anywhere, but if you do, it is close to shops and restaurants.

Review 20：Roomy, clean apartments, we had a shady balcony facing trees. Ok pool size, but i cut myself on sharp mosaic tiles. Good air conditioning. Possibility to park at the nearby wineyard for free.

Review 23：Silicone around bath dirty yet I was charged 25€ for a few crumbs on floor and in fridge: outrageous! No double bed: two singles pushed together. Poor wifi. Badly adjusted plugs in sink. Shower quite ineffective. Equipment missing in kitchen, had to ask but didn't get them all, ended up buying a tea towel and a kettle. No broom or dustpan and brush in room; had to ask more than once and finally got them 4 days into our stay.

Review 25：Not so convinient location- 15min walking to nearest tram stop, then 11 stops to downtown, nearest supermarket 20min walking. Lot of small ants on floor, asked staff to desinfect, they promised but did nothing! Guest obliged take out own garbage from room to nearest local garbage box(otherwise will be charged for 25euro), but no any observed near the hotel. Very strange request for 4-stars hotel. Only French TV channels available, no any international. Will never book this hotel!

Review 26：We forgot a brand new dress in the bedroom inside the wardrobe. E-mailed the hotel the next day and got no response. When we phoned them we were told they did not see the dress. There was noise from the construction site just next to the hotel. The air conditioning did not work the first 2 days of our stay.

Review 31：The swimming pool is great! The room was pretty good, good AC and good kitchenette. The hotel's location is way out of the city, but it's in walking distance from the Oddysseum mall which is worth a visit, which has a tram stop as well.

Review 36：Well situatiuted and priced for a night's stopover on the drive between Barcelona and Provence. Cute place, with safe parking, and a handy and hearty breakfast. Near a tram line into the old city, but only if the ticket machine is working. Odysseum entrainment and dining complex nearby the tram stop provides dining options if the ticket machine is malfunctioning, as it was during the evening of our stay.

Review 37：Unable to use air con , told it's because it's not dinner yet, but it was 28 and I was hot, had to try and sleep with the window open. Every other hotel we used from 2nd of May had use of air con!!

Review 38：- Breakfast was expensive for what was offered. - No kettle. - Entrance door is locked after 23:00 and we were not informed of the new door code on Sunday night. Luckily a couple wanting to exit the hotel, let us in.

Review 43：This hotel suited us perfectly. We were only 10 minutes from the Exhibition centre and airport. The room was spacious and had all the facilities of a small apartment, even a balcony. The value for money was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful.We will certainly use it again on trips to Montpellier.

Review 44：Amazingly, we were charged 5 euro to store our bikes in the underground car park overnight. Having stayed in 12 different hotels / B&Bs over 2 weeks, this is the only one that asked for our passports when checking in.

Review 45：Good clean apartment-style hotel. Bike friendly as bikes were stored securely in underground car park. A 10 minute walk from the nearest public transport into Montpelier. We chose to take the tram from Place D'Europe, which is an excellent service.

Review 46：Location was a problem as we had no transport. You were expected to clean your room before departing but you also had to buy the cleaning produces to do this as they were not provided. Should be included in the overall price.

I thought the kitchen could have been equipped a little better, especially with cleaning items - as the kitchen was expected to be spotless or else a €25 fee would be charged. Noise from adjacent rooms and hallway could be clearly heard from my room.

Also pool was up against the tall building, and another side was all tall trees, so the water was always too cold.
