Review 1：Feels and looks as though no-one cares about this place; exterior is offputting and "lobby" is grim. Carpets/walls barely clean. Either needs a refurb or knocking down ...

Review 2：Location close to station and easy to get out to track or into the old city; kitchen useful, but limited and not that clean. Cheap and not busy - for a reason ...

Review 3：The room was so tiny, it was instant claustrophobia when I walked in the door. It had the feeling of being run-down and not well cared for. The breakfast was nowhere near the quantity and variety I had experienced elsewhere, but the price was just as high.

Review 4：The bed, fortunately, was a sofa bed so I was able to close it up and sleep on the couch during my stay and it didn't feel quite so claustrophobic.

Review 5：Expensive, rooms are very tatty, two cupboard doors fell off, I had to fix the shower head with string, no loo paper and only one towel !

Review 7：Room was a jumble of useless furniture including a bedside lamp without a bulb! Room was not cleaned during stay. Room on end of building adjacent to neighbouring building's very noisy HVAC system, too noisy to have window open, no aircon in room, so it was very hot.

Review 9：Everything is old and badly kept. There was hair in the shower. For the first time in my life the bed was a sofa!! The tv remote control was so dirty it glued to our hands. Had to put it inside a plastic bag because it was disgusting! Only one towel for 2 persons. Only better than sleeping in the street...sorry but true.

Review 20：They do need air-con in the summer. If you get off the tram aftermidnight you have a long walk to the apartment as they close theunderground pass under the station.

Review 21：Went to Le Mans for the 24 Hour race, apartments are ok with enoughfacilities to stay there again. We stayed at the Novaxis which is a bitcheaper than the centre apartments. Great location for the tram networkand main station.
