Review 1：No shampoo, only shower gel. When asked about it, the woman was rather rude in telling me that I should've brought this. I was talking in English to them as my partner is English and talked to each other in French, unknowing that I understood them. 10 minute walk to the tram, bit dodgy in the dark if you come back at night. When taking a shower, the bathroom will flood

Review 4：Ideal air-conditioned stay for a family travelling with paraphernalia and pets! We had rooms on the ground floor with French windows allowing access directly into the grounds. Great buffet breakfast and super staff.

Review 5：The only thing we didn't like was the shower....It was simply a bath with a shower head. There was no attachment on the wall to be able to have a shower without holding the head.

Review 10：Hotel good mainly if you have a car or you do not mind walking a bit. No supermarket or fastfood around, so if you are budget conscious bring your water and snacks or buy them from the machine at a high price. Room was very small (for us was not a big problem, but still)

Review 11：We needed the lodging in Montpellier as a base for exploring the region by car and this hotel was perfect for that. Free private parking just outside the hotel. very nice breakfast (they even had a orange juicer). Nice and helpful staff. Very clean room and bedsheets, very confortable large bed. Location was in a big quiet park, actually the area of the Medicine University of Montpellier campus (Montpellier is an important university city). Wifi ok. Bus station 10 minutes walking away.

Review 32：This is like a hotel attached to a hospital. I assume their main business is hosting families visiting sick people or even sick people themselves. The facility smells a tad like a hospital as a result...but nothing that opening the window for five minutes didn't clear up. It's also a bit far from downtown...definitely need your own car.

Review 34：-The mattresses are old and very uncomfortable, could not sleep and my back did hurt the day after. - there was not milk/cream for tea and coffee in the room. - only 2 sachets of tea and coffee provided in the room, that is very stingy when you are paying 70 euro a night!!! For that price you can get Breakfast included in most hotels!!!

Review 38：It was very far from the centre of town. Fortunately I had a car but had troubles coming back at night as some of the roads in the city centre were closed or changed to one way which my gps did not pick up. But that is not the hotel's fault at all.

Review 39：The bed was enormous and the room was extremely clean. The staff were very helpful and spoke great English so my little bit of French was not needed. The wifi for free was an added bonus.

Review 40：Old room, doors and window that needed to be repainted (look very bad). Cracked and dirty walls. I saw a bug in the bathroom. Saw dust n some places. Heavely smell of parfume that was anoing (maybe to cover other smells). After I left I saw other rooms that look better.

Review 42：Television was set too low,could not hear it. First time traveling insouth of France and north Spain where my husband and I got bitten. Wasinformed by staff when I made them aware of this. I was informed therewere a lot of Mosquitos about, even though I had not seen any, or else Iwould have put an appellant on. Walls very thin could nearly hear nextdoor conversation, first time I have stayed at one of these hotels.

The shower was mounted at what looked like 1.5m height (2/3 body coverage), breakfast lacked the customary selection of cheeses (just one type out of aluminum wrapper), bread was so tough one stood a 50/50 chance to require a dental visit afterwards. Dinner weighed in was barely "OK" with a selection of 2 or 3 buffet rows.
