Review 1：Right in the middle of everything, undercover secure parking for vehicle. Restaurants and shops a 2 minute walk away. Brilliant.. Nice quiet location as well.

Review 2：Although the location in the centre of the old town was good, it was not so easy to find it by car. better signs would be appreciated. The hotel is rather old and soon needing a renovation, but otherwise OK.

Review 18：The hotel is centrally situated in the Sud Tiroler Platz close to shops , restaurants and cafes. The Reception staff were extremely helpful and keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The restaurant menu was excellent and food served by helpful and efficient staff.

Review 20：Good location in the old part of the town,little difficult to find the entrance as there is a large sign on the side of the building giving the impression its the front. My room was better than expected, the photos on booking.com give a tired impression but its not. Breakfast not memorable but perfectly adequate. Would be happy to stay again.

Review 21：Room was in need of refurbishment. It looked dated. Looking round the hotel, it was obvious that rooms had been refurbished, so the good rate was because we were in an older room.

Review 23：No A/C, austere bathroom with no little extras, one fitted soap dispenser and that's it. Breakfast buffet also austere. Made to feel "in the way" as we were last in at 8:45!

Review 25：Facing a big public parking place with only six or seven Hotel's parking places. To enter to the Reception and the lobby you have to climb some steps and it's not very easy with heavy luggage (!) The bed pillows are thin and empty and they are only good as decoration article. The same about the bath towels: very thin and small, almost impossible to dry with.

Review 26：A small hotel in the center of the old town Lienz. The room we got on the second floor was nice and clean but behind the minibar door there was nothing - empty. So we asked to replace the room and luckily there was another one ready just a room next door. The room is a little bit old fashioned and not very well kept. The breakfast buffet was OK.

Review 27：The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast excellent. The restaurant was superb and non-smoking which in Austria is a miracle, so I ate better here than I have anywhere else. Lienz is a lovely clean pretty town in the mountainous area, and very easy to get to the marvellous Krimmler Falls from there - v good bus service.
