Review 1：- wi-fi free, but not always working - no elevator. The hotel has 3 stores, but people come with luggage..

Review 3：I booked a room with a balcony, never got it, no receptionist at check in,had to wait 20 minutes before a kitchen staff could help with our room reservation. Dinner was a disaster (6-9pm), we came for dinner at 8 and by the time we got served it was 8.30 and we were told that the kitchen was closing. Bad service, staff unfriendly just very bad service which surprised us a lot as we have travelled all over Austria and have never encounted anything like this. X on our list of hotels.

Review 9：It is a nice, typical Austrian hotel, comfortable, clean, nice. Since we were there on our summer motorbike tour we don't have the chance to experience the winter sports there, but think could be fantastic. The food in the restaurant was really good. We experienced a kind of local feast that was charming but it didn't help sleeping...

Review 21：For some people those can be "+" and not "-" : not able to connect to WiFi network, breakfast can be better, no bathing robe provided, church bell across the street goes crazy at 7 a.m.

Review 28：The way to go hotel was very beautiful. It was 30minutes far away from Hallstat. The road was beautiful and we drove this way again.
