Review 2:Big bathroom, wonderful location in Eguisheim.
Review 3:we believe that the level of the restaurant decrease the last years. Dissapointed by the quality and originality. Perhaps the restaurant philosophy change due to the success of the village and the high level of booking...
Review 4:very good location - hotel clean
Review 5:No lift (elevator), no air conditioning, above all the stairs were steep and twisting, making it difficult for the old or infirm to negotiate.

Review 8:Good location in great town, nice restaurant, nice breakfast.
Review 9:A bit inconvenient that the restaurant was closed the first two nights we were there. However, we were disappointed when we finally did eat there the third night. The food was mediocre at best. Very few restaurant choices in the town which was much smaller than we had expected. Staff did make a reservation for us at another restaurant which was excellent.
Review 10:Hotel was in an excellent location. Room was very small but well-appointed and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Review 11:Bar next door 'Hostellerie du Pape' has drunks in their garden until 0200. Avoid any rooms adjacent to this place. Noise is significant. Room, bed tiny. Restauarnt closed all day Monday. Means that you may as well stay in a guest house instead.
Review 12:The weather was good.
Review 13:Our room on the street was a bit noisy. The rooms are on the small side, but large enough (think NYC).
Review 14:Staff was very helpful. Parking was very secure and inexpensive. The location was breathtaking. Very reasonably priced. Beautiful furniture around the hotel.
Review 15:Hotel was easy to find & reserved parking was easy in private courtyard. Room was modern & bed comfortable. Wifi a bit weak & cut in & out. Breakfast was varied & tasty. Positioned at one end of Eguisheim, perfect spot to explore the town. Staff were friendly & spoke English if required. Quiet room.
Review 16:The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food in their restaurant was exceptionally good. We enjoyed our stay and service as much as we had when we stayed there several years ago.
Review 17:Friendly and helpful, room was spotless. Would highly recommend as a place to stay in a pretty, fairy tale location. Be aware reception closes at 8pm if travelling.
Review 18:Patchy wi-fi, Noisy hot rooms in front of hotel (No air con). Direct bookings to hotel get better rooms than bookings made through agency booking companies ie. Booking .com etc
