Review 1：No lift - but very difficult to see where they could put one so not really a complaint.Help on hand with bags anyway.

Review 2：The location is stunning, Hosts are great and very helpful, Breakfast is wonderful, Continental with a huge selection of fruit/yoghurts etc. We had a River view which really enhanced the stay.

Review 10：The free parking avilable in front of the hotel is impossible in August weekends and they don't have any garage on request. The staff treatment was not the correct to solve this problem. The "decorated" rooms aren't in the cottage, they are in an adjancent building. Do not be fooled by the picture, not worth the money.

Review 12：No Air Conditioning. We stayed for 4 days at a time when the outside temp was 28oC. No on room drink making facilities (normal for France) so take a kettle with you.

This Hotel is not a "bells and whistles" place but if you like small family run establishments then I don't think you could do better for location and price. Ideal for a short break.

Review 45：The Hotel was immaculately clean and very well presented. Everything provided was of a high standard including the service from the owners, who spoke very good English. The position of the hotel could not be better, it is facing the river, but within easy walking distance to the selection of shops, galleries, restaurants and café bars. We stayed in the extension in room 5 and had a river view - wonderful. The bathroom was modern with a power shower. We had breakfast on both days and would highly recommend it, far outweighed our expectations of a continental breakfast with a superb selection of pastries, smoothies, fresh fruits and a variety of high class teas and coffee. Our stay at this hotel was something special and we highly recommend it. We were on a motorbike, and there was plenty of parking right in front of the hotel.

Review 47：Charming appearance and fabulous location overlooking the inlet in Pont-Aven, and I was happy we got a front upstairs window view. The location was nice for walking around town and down the quay. Parking is on the street, but we didn't have trouble finding a spot. Clean room, bath with tub. The managing couple were very helpful. We didn't have the breakfast, but coffee can be purchased at the bar downstairs and drunk either indoors or outside at the tables in the front. The bar also serves drinks and light meals (though we went to another restaurant for dinner). There was also a "living room" that looked nice but we didn't really use it.

Review 49：Lovely thatch roof hotel. I have mobility issues and was able to stay in first floor handicap room. I inquired about local laundry facilities and owner volunteered to do our accumulated laundry gratis. That was above and beyond the call of duty I thought. They did the laundry and returned it folded, to room that afternoon.

Review 50：A very pleasant inn right across the street from the River Aven. It is located in a beautiful little town of Pont Aven which is an enclave for artists with every other shop being a gallery. Very nice and this B&B is a wonderful place to stay while there.

Review 51：What a gem! – on the edge of the tidal river, in a picturesque old town strongly populated with art galleries and artists. We stayed in a room in the newer building for 3 nights. It was very clean and functional, with a cute view over the boats and the thatched roof of the second building. Snacks and drinks are available in a lovely roadside room and terrace, and the breakfast was indeed “copious”. The charming Valerie (and Alain) have run the place for about 8 years and have it looking wonderful. Would definitely stay there again.

Review 52：Our room (No.4) was quite small and the shower room very tight. The breakfast at €13 each was expensive so we didn't have it but took our own instead and this worked out perfectly.
